摘要[目的]獲得一種較好的杉木組培苗移栽方式,降低杉木組培苗生產成本。[方法]以廣西杉木種子園混系的組培繼代瓶苗為試驗材料,研究不同濃度(0、600、800、1 000 mg/L)ABT1#生根劑對杉木無根組培苗瓶外生根及移栽成活率的影響;在同一濃度ABT1#生根劑處理下,研究不同移栽基質對杉木無根組培苗瓶外生根及移栽成活率的影響。[結果]隨著生根劑濃度的升高,生根率和平均根系數逐步增大,在該濃度范圍內可安全使用;當ABT1#生根劑濃度設定為800 mg/L時,最適合杉木組培苗瓶外生根的移栽基質是黃泥。[結論]該研究可為杉木無性系苗的市場化應用提供科學依據。

Abstract [Objective]In order to obtain a better transplanting method of tissue culture seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata, and reduce the production cost of tissue culture seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata. [Method]Taking the tissue culture form Guangxi fir seed orchard as test material, the effects of different concentrations (0,600,800,1 000 mg/L) of ABT1 # rooting agents on the survival rate of rooting and transplanting of rootless shoots of Cunninghamia lanceolata was studied, and the effects of different transplanting substrates on rooting of roots and the survival rate of transplanting under the conditions of the same concentration of ABT1 # rooting agent was studied. [Result]The results showed that the rooting rate and average root coefficient were increased with the increase of the concentration of rooting agent, in the concentration range can be safely used. When the concentration of ABT1 # rooting agent was set to 800 mg/L, the transplanting substrate suitable for rooting of Cunninghamia lanceolata tissue culture seedlings was yellow mud. [Conclusion]The study can provide scientific basis for the market application of Cunninghamia lanceolata clones seedling.

杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)是我國特有的針葉樹種,也是我國華南地區重要的速生用材樹種之一[1]。杉木材質輕韌、紋理通直、結構均勻、易于加工,不僅是良好的家具用材、建筑用材,還是優良的紙漿用材,深受廣大林農青睞[2]。杉木在我國長江流域以南地區廣泛種植,目前我國現存杉木人工林面積居各類用材樹種之首。隨著林權制度改革的穩步加快和國家推進良種化造林,每年造林對杉木良種苗的需要也越來越大[3]。廣西每年杉木造林面積約4.67萬hm2/a,需要良種苗木近2億株,杉木良種苗木的供應相對緊張。
目前,植物的組織培養技術已成為國內外工廠化育苗的重要手段之一。常規組培過程一般包括初代誘導、增殖擴繁、無菌培養體系的建立、生根和移栽等環節[4-5]。……
