摘要[目的]掌握河南省豬等孢球蟲的分子變異規律。[方法]從河南省豫東、豫南、豫西、豫北及豫中地區的部分規模化豬場采集糞便樣品,進行豬球蟲卵囊的分離與純化;從分離到的8株豬球蟲分離株中提取核酸并進行測序,并與豬等孢球蟲擴增株基因序列及其他相關原蟲基因序列進行比對。[結果]河南省不同地區的8個豬球蟲株均為豬等孢球蟲,并且沒有明顯遺傳差異。I.suis與其他7種原蟲差異較大,不屬于同一個生物型,同一種動物所感染的不同種類原蟲之間的同源性較低。[結論]該研究結果可為有效預防和控制仔豬球蟲病提供科學依據。

Abstract[Objective] To master the molecular variation laws of Isospora suis in Henan Province. [Method] The pig manure samples were collected from some largescale pig farms in eastern, western, southern, northern and central regions of Henan Province to isolate and purify porcine coccidian oocysts. 8 isolated strains of swine coccidiosis were used to extract nucleic acid and sequence. The gene sequence of I. suis were compared with that of other related protozoon. [Result] 8 swine coccidian strains from different regions of Henan Province were identified as I. suis and there was no obvious genetic differences. I. suis had greater differences with other 7 kinds of protozoon. I. suis and other 7 kinds of protozoon belonged to different biotypes. The homology of different kinds of protozoon infected in the same kinds of animals was lower. [Conclusion] The research results can provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control of piglet coccidiosis.

近年來,哺乳仔豬患球蟲病是養豬場的常見問題之一,引起哺乳仔豬患球蟲病的主要病原是豬等孢球蟲[1-2],主要發生在8~15日齡仔豬上,感染日齡越小,病情越嚴重。發病仔豬排出黃色至灰色糞便,開始時糞便松軟或呈糊狀,隨著病情的加重,糞便變成液狀,并發出腐敗乳汁樣酸臭味;吮乳減少,被毛粗亂,脫水,體增重下降,從而導致新生仔豬死亡率增加,斷奶時營養不良仔豬成為僵豬,給養豬生產造成了巨大的經濟損失[2]。
為掌握河南省豬等孢球蟲的分子變異規律,筆者從河南省豫中地區的漯河和許昌,豫南地區的南陽、信陽及駐馬店,豫西地區的洛陽,豫北地區的鶴壁,豫東地區的周口等8個市的部分規模豬場進行采樣,收集豬等孢球蟲卵囊,并進行純化。……
