河源市生態(tài)敏感性評價

摘要根據(jù)河源市生態(tài)本底特色，將研究區(qū)劃分為極敏感區(qū)、高敏感區(qū)、中敏感區(qū)、輕敏感區(qū)、不敏感區(qū)5個等級，從建設(shè)用地適宜性、水安全與雨洪安全、生物多樣性安全三大方面選取了8個具有代表性的因子，采取層次分析法（AHP）、多因子加權(quán)疊加算法、取最大值法，結(jié)合GIS空間分析技術(shù)，對生態(tài)敏感性進(jìn)行綜合評價。結(jié)果表明，5個敏感等級面積比重分別為25.98%、33.84%、12.78%、19.76%、7.63%。并在生態(tài)敏感性分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了生態(tài)功能區(qū)劃建議，為城市規(guī)劃、生態(tài)控制線劃定等提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。

AbstractAccording to ecological background characteristics of the Heyuan City was divided into 5 grades，including extremely sensitive zone，high sensitive zone，middle sensitive zone，sensitive zone，nonsensitive zone.Considering of three aspects from the construction land suitability，water and rain safety，biological diversity，8 representative factors were selected.Using analytic hierarchy process （AHP），multi factor weighted superposition algorithm，maximum value method，and GIS spatial analysis technology，the ecological sensitivity evaluation map was obtained.The proportions of the 5 sensitive zone were 25.98%，33.84%，12.78%，19.76%，7.63%，respectively.On the basis of ecological sensitivity analysis，the suggestions of ecological function region were put forward，which can provide scientific basis for urban planning and ecological control line.

生態(tài)敏感性是指生態(tài)系統(tǒng)對人類活動干擾和自然環(huán)境變化的反映程度，說明發(fā)生區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境問題的難易程度和概率大小[1]。生態(tài)敏感性評價分析實質(zhì)上是對現(xiàn)狀自然環(huán)境背景下潛在的生態(tài)環(huán)境問題進(jìn)行明確辨識，并將其落實到具體的空間區(qū)域。敏感性高的區(qū)域生態(tài)系統(tǒng)容易受損，應(yīng)該是生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)和恢復(fù)建設(shè)的重點，也是人為活動受限或者禁止地區(qū)。將生態(tài)敏感性評價分析應(yīng)用于不同尺度、不同地域的資源環(huán)境研究已經(jīng)成為生態(tài)學(xué)和地理學(xué)的研究熱點，而將生態(tài)敏感性評價分析應(yīng)用于生態(tài)功能區(qū)劃、生態(tài)控制線劃定也正成為一種趨勢。目前，歐陽志云等[1-4]從宏觀尺度對全國、省域及流域的生態(tài)敏感性空間差異及等級區(qū)劃進(jìn)行了研究；陶星名等[5-9]從中觀尺度對地市級別的地域生態(tài)敏感性進(jìn)行了評價；……
