高考英語全國卷中約稿信寫作導練

一、文體概述

約稿信是向某作者發出為報刊等撰寫稿件的請求信件。包括四個部分：（1）欄目介紹；（2）稿件內容；（3）稿件長度；（4）交稿日期。約稿信屬于書信的一種，考生應把握好書信的固定格式和得體的寒暄用語。

二、必備短語

1. carry articles written by ... about... . 登載由……寫的關于……的文章

2. anything relevant/concerned 任何相關內容

3. the ... section in our newspaper 我們報紙的……欄目

4. extend the deadline 延長最后期限

5. interesting and informative（內容）既有趣又充實

6. write an article with the theme of寫一篇主題是……的文章

7. intend to publish articles with the theme of打算刊登主題是……的文章

8. especially welcome articles from... about...特別歡迎來自……有關……的文章

9. hand in ones articles 交稿

10. some relevant details about the articles we need 我們所需要文章的一些相關細節

三、套用句式

1. Id like to invite you to write an article for the English newspaper. 我想請你為英文報寫一篇文章。

2. I wonder if you could write something about Chinese poems. 我想知道你是否可以寫一些關于中國詩歌的文章。

3. Your article is supposed to be written within 300 words. / 300 words would be fine. 你的文章的字數應控制在300字以內。/300字就夠了。

4. It would be better if we have your article before June 1. 我們在6月1日之前能收到你的文章會更好。

5. We will extend the deadline if you consider the time is not enough. 如果你認為時間不夠，我們將延長最后期限。

四、習作修改 下列習作中共有10處錯誤，每句最多兩處，請改正。

How is everything going on？ Id like to invite you to write article for our schools English magazine. The Overseas Chinese flavor section in our magazine is very popular among teachers and students. 本文是李華給Mike寫的約稿信，希望在學校英語雜志《海外的中國味兒》欄目介紹一下他所嘗試過的中國美食。

1. 劃去on 因表示“最近過得如何”用How is everything going？即可。

2. write和article中間加an 因article為可數名詞，需要加不定冠詞。

3. carry→ carries 主語it為第三人稱單數，謂語需要變為第三人稱單數形式。

4. nothing→ something 向Mike約稿，應該是希望他為雜志“寫點東西”。

5. tasting→tasted 完成時是have加過去分詞。

6. especial→especially 修飾動詞welcome應該用副詞。

7. but→and 因“有趣的”與“充實的”是并列關系，用and。

8. had→have 本文時態不涉及過去，因此應該用have。

9. word→words 因“單詞（words）”為可數名詞，約400詞，應用其復數形式。

10. whether→if 表示“如果”，而不是表示“是否”，應該用if。

The Chinese Culture section in our magazine is very popular among our students. It carries articles written by foreign friends regarding the culture of Chinese traditional instruments. I wonder if you could write something concerning Chinese traditional instruments as well as your views on it. And we would especially welcome articles about comparing the varieties between the Chinese traditional instruments and foreign traditional instruments in your own perspective. You can write anything relevant so long as its interesting and informative. 500 words would be fine. It would be better if we have your article before June 29. Im looking forward to hearing from you.
