Sirius測(cè)量LASEK術(shù)后前房形態(tài)的改變

?METHODS:A total of 53 cases (106 eyes) with myopia underwent LASEK were randomly selected from Jan.2015 to Aug.2015. Applications of Sirius anterior segment analyzer measure the eyes’ central anterior chamber depth, anterior chamber angle and anterior chamber volume before operation and at 1, 3, 6mo, 1y after operation.
?RESULTS: Within 1 year after LASEK, central anterior chamber depth and volume compared with the preoperative decreased significantly (P<0.05). The anterior chamber angle than preoperative no change (P>0.05). Each time point within 1 year after LASEK, central anterior chamber depth, anterior chamber angle, anterior chamber volume did not change (P>0.05).
?CONCLSION: The central anterior chamber depth and anterior chamber volume is decreased after LASEK, but the depth of the anterior chamber and the volume of the anterior chamber are unchanged in 1 years after the operation. The anterior chamber angle is not changed after LASEK operation. Therefore, in the follow-up period, the morphology of the anterior chamber is stable after LASEK.
目的:應(yīng)用Sirius眼前節(jié)分析系統(tǒng)測(cè)量準(zhǔn)分子激光上皮下角膜磨鑲術(shù)(laser subepithelial keratomileusis,LASEK)術(shù)后前房形態(tài)的改變。
方法:隨機(jī)選取2015-01/08在我院眼科接受LASEK的近視患者53例106眼,分別在術(shù)前、術(shù)后1、3、6mo,1a應(yīng)用Sirius眼前節(jié)分析儀測(cè)量中央前房深度、前房角度、前房容積,并對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。
結(jié)果:LASEK術(shù)后1a內(nèi),中央前房深度和前房容積較術(shù)前顯著減小(P<0.05),前房角較術(shù)前無(wú)變化(P>0.05);LASEK術(shù)后1a內(nèi)各個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn),中央前房深度、前房角度、前房容積均無(wú)變化(P>0.05)。
結(jié)論:LASEK術(shù)后中央前房深度、前房容積均較術(shù)前降低,而術(shù)后1a內(nèi)中央前房深度、前房容積無(wú)變化,前房角度在LASEK手術(shù)前后無(wú)變化。因此,在隨訪期內(nèi)LASEK術(shù)后前房形態(tài)無(wú)變化。

準(zhǔn)分子激光上皮下角膜磨鑲術(shù)(laser subepithelial keratomileusis,LASEK)是目前治療近視最為常用的手術(shù)方法之一,其精確度及有效性已得到了充分的認(rèn)可。LASEK通過(guò)表層切削以中央角膜曲率從而矯正屈光不正,但術(shù)后角膜厚度變薄所導(dǎo)致的角膜生物力學(xué)改變是否會(huì)對(duì)前房形態(tài)造成影響,目前存在爭(zhēng)議。Sirius是一種新型的三維角膜及眼前節(jié)分析診斷系統(tǒng),以非接觸方式提供被檢查者的角膜形態(tài)及前房形態(tài)等數(shù)據(jù),在角膜屈光手術(shù)術(shù)前檢查及術(shù)后隨訪中具有重要作用。本研究利用Sirius監(jiān)測(cè)LASEK手術(shù)前后中央前房深度、前房角度、前房容積,分析LASEK對(duì)前房形態(tài)的影響。
