摘 要:目前,我國(guó)太陽能的熱利用特別是太陽能光熱利用技術(shù)日趨成熟,建筑太陽能一體化這項(xiàng)新的課題引起了各界、各地的關(guān)注和重視。本文通過對(duì)多層住宅工程中實(shí)施建筑太陽能一體化施工的具體問題分析,從工程系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、組織施工、質(zhì)量控制等方面對(duì)建筑太陽能一體化在施工過程中的質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行了研究,提出了有效的施工質(zhì)量控制措施。

Abstract:Currently, our countrys solar energy of hot make use of especially solar energy light hot make use of a technique to be gradually maturing, construction ed solar energy integral whole to turn this new topic to cause the public, everyplace of concern and value. The article passes to turn the concrete problem analysis of construction to the implement building solar energy integral whole in several residence engineerings and the quality control from the engineering system design, organization construction, quality control. . . etc. rightness building solar energy integral whole in process of construction carried on research and put forward effective construction quality control measures.

引言
作為可再生能源的太陽能熱利用技術(shù)是實(shí)施我國(guó)“節(jié)能降耗”戰(zhàn)略的重要途徑[1]。近年來,建筑工程中的太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)安裝往往自成系統(tǒng),并作為建筑的后置設(shè)備進(jìn)行安裝,造成太陽能熱水器在建筑上布置極為不合理,其固定、防風(fēng)、避雷等安全措施也得不到保障,也給城市景觀、建筑的安全使用帶來極為不利的影響。為使太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)安全可靠、性能穩(wěn)定,且與建筑和周邊環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一,就需要推廣建筑太陽能一體化施工。所謂建筑太陽能一體化施工,就是將太陽能的產(chǎn)品及構(gòu)件與建筑同步設(shè)計(jì),同步施工,同步驗(yàn)收;并做到與建筑進(jìn)行有機(jī)的結(jié)合。
河北省邢臺(tái)市位于河北省南部,日照時(shí)數(shù)2800小時(shí),年太陽能輻射量大于3500兆焦耳/平方米,屬太陽能資源較豐富地區(qū)之一。遠(yuǎn)在70年代市民就開始安裝多種形式的太陽能熱水器。目前有太陽能熱水器生產(chǎn)企業(yè)20余家,年產(chǎn)太陽能集熱面積18萬m2,可滿足1200萬m2民用建筑的需求。……
