摘 要 地方本科院校面臨轉型發展,對大學課程提出了新的要求。本文以西方經濟學課程為例,提出隨著全球網絡化和信息化的發展,地方本科院校課程應該首先體現轉型發展的需要,改變傳統的教學理念和課堂教學模式,實現網絡資源和學校資源并用,采用學生的學在先,教師的教在后的教學過程,打破學生被動接受知識的局面,培養學生理論聯系實際,獨立分析解決問題的應用能力,并提出西方經濟學翻轉課堂的具體方式,探究在互聯網技術下如何改變傳統的教學范式,達到突出實踐,學以致用的教學目標。

Exploration of the Flipped Classroom Mode of the Western
Economics Course in Local Colleges

Abstract Facing the transformation and development of local colleges, puts forward new requirements for University courses. The in the course of western economics, for example, put forward with the development of global network and information technology, curriculum for colleges and universities should firstly embodies the transformation and development, change traditional teaching concept and classroom teaching mode, network resources and the resources of the school and the students earlier, teachers in the teaching process, breaking students accept the knowledge passively situation, training students to integrate theory with practice, independent problem solving ability of analysis, and put forward the specific ways of western economics flipped classroom, inquiry in the Internet technology how to change the traditional teaching mode, to highlight the practice and knowledge of teaching objectives.

1 地方本科院校西方經濟學課程教學特點
1.1 目標明確但形式含糊
地方本科院校自1999年問世,普遍存在著辦學定位模糊、服務社會能力有待提升,層次超前但內涵滯后等同質化問題。面對國家經濟新常態發展,稚嫩的地方本科院校又迎來國家經濟社會產業轉型升級、公共服務快速發展的歷史階段,怎樣“高等教育大眾化”的同時能夠培養出應用型、復合型、技能型人才?這首先就要對大學教育的基礎單元—課程—進行變革,包括課程的形式和內容,讓學生從上大學的第一堂課開始就意識到本科教育與高中教育的不同,知道自己今后應該注重理論知識的實踐及應用,讓學生主動去學,主動去思考,主動去說,主動去做,把大學課程建設成大學生真心喜歡,終身受益的優質課程。……
