國內膠乳復合保存劑的使用現狀和研發前景

摘 要 概括國內天然膠乳復合保存劑的使用現狀，分析了鮮膠乳早保中存在的問題和不足，總結復合保存劑的發展前景。

Abstract This paper mainly discusses the general situation and development prospect of natural rubber latex compound preservative in China. In recent years， with Ethephon stimulation of yield increase， the adjustment of the layout of natural rubber processing， natural latex compound preservation technology facing greater challenges： one to save basic production technology to meet the processing requirements， the second is to reduce the cost of natural rubber processing enterprises， the third is to meet the requirements of the production performance of all kinds of latex products. The three to achieve balance between technology and efficiency， is a major problem of rubber storage technology research.

天然膠乳保存是使膠乳保持膠體穩定狀態的措施。目前膠乳保存有2種方式：一種為長期保存，是使濃縮天然膠乳用作制品前長時間保持膠體穩定狀態的措施；另一種為早期保存，又稱短期保存，是使膠乳從膠樹流出后到制膠廠加工前保持膠體穩定狀態的措施[1-2]。制膠生產能否順利進行，產品質量的好壞，生產成本的高低，首先取決于新鮮膠乳的質量。而新鮮膠乳的質量好壞，關鍵在于新鮮膠乳的早期保存。因此，應該充分認識這一工作的重要意義，從而提高做好膠乳早期保存的自覺性，分析引起膠乳腐敗變質的因素，采取主動、積極的預防措施，搞好清潔消毒，合理選擇和使用保存劑，因時因地地做好膠乳的早期保存工作。

1 中國鮮膠乳保存劑使用發展現狀

1.1 新鮮膠乳常用保存劑

目前，在中國新鮮膠乳常用保存劑主要有以下幾種：①氨，氨因使用方便，而且用量適宜時，對產品質量的不良影響較小，且來源充沛，價格低廉，易從膠乳中除去，對保存各種膠乳的適應性強，是目前生產上廣為使用的膠乳早期保存劑；②亞硫酸鈉，其對膠乳的有效保存時間較短，一般只能延長2-4 h，通常多用于制造白縐膠片的新鮮膠乳早期保存；③甲醛，因具有辛辣的窒息性臭味，長期吸入，會嚴重危害人體健康，且即使加入少量也會使膠乳粘度增大，過濾、澄清困難，故而生產上較少使用；……
