專業技術人員繼續教育網絡培訓模式探討

摘 要 專業技術人員是企事業單位的骨干及中堅力量。專業技術人員技能水平對企業的未來發展具有十分重要的意義。本文從專業技術人員繼續教育網絡培訓的必要性與可行性出發，對網絡化繼續教育的特點進行了詳細分析，并提出了創新專業技術人員繼續教育網絡培訓模式的相關對策。

Abstract Professional and technical personnel are the backbone and the backbone enterprises. Professional and technical personnel skill level has great significance for the future development of enterprises. From the professional and technical personnel training， continuing education networks the necessity and feasibility of view， the network features of continuing education are analyzed in detail， and proposed an innovative network of professional and technical personnel to continuing education training modules related countermeasures.

教育信息化是當前形勢下教育發展的主流，對學歷教育進行了有效的延伸，為專業技術人員進行繼續教育奠定了基礎。目前，終身教育理念已經深入人心，職后繼續教育也成為專業技術人員提高專業技能的重要形式。由此看來，專業技術人員繼續教育網絡培訓就顯得十分重要。

1專業技術人員繼續教育網絡培訓的必要性與可行性

1.1 必要性

一是專業技術人員知識與技能要適應社會發展需要。許多專業技術人員已經成為各大企事業單位的骨干、中堅力量，其專業技能、組織領導能力都相對較強。但因年齡的增長、工作壓力的增大，他們未能掌握大量新增加的知識與技能，以致其專業技能的提高與發展受限。這些專業技術人員知識老化將引發企事業單位發展滯后，且勢必將不利于社會穩定與發展。如能通過繼續教育的形式對這一批專業技術人員進行再教育，以轉變其思想觀念、更新知識、提升其專業技能，則企事業的改革與發展將更進一步，受益對象將更加廣泛。……
