“醫學影像檢查技術學”專業技能測試與臨床技能競賽相結合的探討

摘 要 目的：探討“醫學影像檢查技術學”課程專業技能測試與臨床技能競賽相結合的方法，提高學生動手操作能力，達到培養技術應用型人才的目的。方法：對醫學影像本科專業133名學生，在“醫學影像檢查技術學”教學過程中引入競賽機制，通過專業技能測試與臨床技能競賽有機結合、使學生全員參與競賽活動，激發學生的學習興趣，調動學生學習積極性，達到培養技術應用型人才的目的。結果：學生對專業技能操作測試活動與臨床技能競賽相結合的方法滿意度達到81.7%；實習醫院放射科對實習學生專業操作技能滿意度達95.2%。結論：“醫學影像檢查技術學”專業技能測試與臨床技能競賽相結合，對學生臨床操作技能的培養作用很大。

Abstract Objective： To investigate the clinical course of professional skills to the test and the method of combining skills competition "Medical imaging techniques to learn，" the purpose of improving the students hands-on ability， to cultivate technical talents. Methods： 133 medical imaging undergraduate students， the introduction of the "Medical imaging technology" Teaching the course of the competition mechanism， through professional skills testing and clinical skills competition combine to make full participation in student competitions to stimulate students' interest mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn， to achieve the purpose and cultivate technical talents. Results： The students' satisfaction with the professional skills to operate the test activities and clinical skills competition combined reached 81.7%； teaching hospital radiology students to practice professional skills satisfaction， up 95.2%. Conclusion： "Medical imaging Technology" professional skills to the test with the clinical skills competition combined with a great effect on the culture of students' clinical skills.

“醫學影像檢查技術學”是一門實踐性非常強的學科，主要是培養學生駕馭現代化數字影像檢查設備，為病人檢查并顯示清晰病灶的影像專業操作能力。為加強學生的動手能力，提升學生創新、實踐能力，全面提高學生綜合素質和人才培養質量，教育部高等教育司、衛生部及全國各大高等醫學院校紛紛組織各種臨床技能競賽，以提高學生的臨床操作技能水平。但受參賽人數限制，接受系統培訓的學生只占極少的比例，導致為競賽制定的大量規范的臨床技能培訓計劃不能惠及全部醫學生，使臨床技能培訓成為極少數人的精英教育。……
