摘要:分離得到1株對染料活性艷紅X-3B具有高效降解作用的菌株,經生理生化鑒定結合16S rDNA分析鑒定為希瓦氏菌屬,命名為Shewanella sp. 3Y。將該菌固定到活性炭上構建了生物活性炭小試裝置,用其處理染料活性艷紅X-3B及與其結構類似的7種活性染料模擬廢水時,水力停留時間2 h,對模擬染料廢水COD去除率均在90%以上,對色度去除率在70%以上,大部分達到90%以上,而對UV254的去除率差異較大。

Shewanella sp. Strains Fixing on Activated Carbon Against the Simulated Dye Wastewater

Abstract: A strain which could degradated reactive brilliant red X-3B efficiently was screened and identified as Shewanella sp. by Vitek-32 Bacterial identification system and 16S rDNA analysis, was named Shewanella sp. 3Y. The strain was fixed on the activated carbon, and the effect of the resulting biological activated carbon colomn against several simulated dye wastewater were studied. Over 90% of COD,70% chroma (over 90% mostly) were removed in 2 h, and the removement efficient of UV254 had nothing in common with each other.

紡織印染行業是中國重要的支柱型民生產業,同時又是耗水耗能大戶,其COD排放量在中國39個行業中位居第二,廢水排放量為第三。紡織印染廢水有機污染物含量高、色度深、堿性大、水質變化大,一直是難處理的工業廢水之一[1]。而隨著國家對于廢水排放標準的提高,對新型高效印染廢水處理技術的研究更是關系到其行業可持續發展。生物活性炭作為一種成熟的微污染水處理工藝,在傳統印染廢水二級生化處理仍不達標的廢水深度處理上具有良好的應用前景[2,3]。
本研究以印染工業中使用較多的活性染料為研究對象,選取代表性的染料活性艷紅X-3B為降解底物,從印染廢水中篩選出1株能夠高效降解該染料的菌種,并將其掛載于活性炭上構建成生物活性炭,處理類似的活性染料模擬廢水,取得了較好的處理效果。
1 材料與方法
1.1 高效降解菌的分離及鑒定
