重慶增強電子產業核心競爭力

8月6日，市長黃奇帆主持召開市政府第101次常務會議，審議通過了《重慶市電子核心基礎部件產業集群發展規劃》。該《規劃》提出，要充分發揮我市龐大的電子制造業對核心基礎部件的巨大市場需求優勢，堅持垂直整合一體化集群發展戰略，明確市場主導與企業主體相結合的原則，加大招商力度，科學合理布局，著力組織實施一批重大項目，帶動上下游產業集聚，構建和完善配套服務體系，逐步形成具有較強競爭力的電子核心基礎部件產業集群，增強全市電子產業核心競爭力。

重慶服務貿易進出口總額 2017年擬達300億美元

8月11日，記者從重慶市加快發展服務貿易服務外包新聞發布會上獲悉，重慶市政府計劃到2017年，全市服務貿易進出口總額達300億美元，到2020年增長至500億美元，并且將出臺相應政策措施，促進服務貿易和服務外包發展，包括加強規劃引導、加大財政支持力度、落實稅收優惠政策、加強金融服務、完善土地優惠政策等。

“重慶造”新能源及智能汽車2017年產銷量將達19萬輛

近日，我市首個新能源汽車動力補充能源站在北部新區力帆汽車產業基地奠基，新能源及智能汽車正在進入我市汽車消費市場。記者從市經信委獲悉，重慶市規劃至2017年實現新能源汽車年產銷量達4萬輛、實現智能汽車年產銷量達15萬輛，并結合“互聯網+”概念，通過建設中高密度充換電網絡，培育汽車消費新熱點。

兩江新區融資租賃公司28家 注冊資本金突破10億美元

8月10日，記者從兩江新區獲悉，創新型金融機構在兩江新區已入駐422家，占據全市半壁江山。融資租賃方面，通過產業資本與金融資本的有機結合，有效整合了市場訂單，推動了實體經濟的發展。截至目前，兩江新區共28家融資租賃企業，占全市數量的76%，注冊資本金合計10.6億美元，投資總額11.46億美元。

各路資本搶灘融資租賃市場撬動產業發展

截至目前，在重慶設立的獨立法人融資租賃公司達到37家，注冊資本金規模超過130億元人民幣，租賃資產規模已近250億元人民幣。根據規劃，年內重慶融資租賃企業將通過增加注冊資本金、舉借外債等方式新增50億元人民幣投資，形成租賃資產，助推當地的飛機、醫療設備、工程機械、平行進口車等進口租賃業務發展，力爭2015年底通過融資租賃實現進出口額200億元人民幣左右。

云計算助力重慶互聯網產業“云上創業”

8月11日，在阿里云舉辦的云棲大會重慶峰會上，阿里云宣布，將對首次購買云服務器的重慶創客企業，提供第一年半價的優惠，進一步降低了創業項目的資金門檻，創客們最多可節省近10萬元。阿里云相關負責人稱，將在重慶尋找更多的云計算合作伙伴，包括基礎設施服務、第三方應用開發商、行業解決方案商、客戶服務商等；同時還將與重慶多個創業產業園合作，為重慶創客提供價值3-40萬元不等的云計算資源和服務支持，扶持云上創新。

重慶移動互聯網產業園也與阿里云達成合作，阿里云“創客+”項目落戶重慶，雙方共同創立創業孵化器，為創客提供從想法、注冊公司、開發產品、銷售產品到融資等方面的扶持。

借力“渝新歐” 標致雪鐵龍首趟測試班列抵達重慶

8月5日，標致雪鐵龍首趟整車進口測試班列在重慶整車進口口岸作業區完成掏箱，這是繼奔馳、寶馬、大眾、路虎后，又一通過“渝新歐”鐵路運輸進口汽車品牌。鐵路運輸時間短，成本比空運低的優勢，截止目前，重慶整車進口口岸已進口汽車197輛，數量居全國新建口岸第一，初步呈現口岸效應逐漸擴散、業務量穩步增長的可喜局面。

重慶鋼鐵與韓國浦項簽署62億元冷軋、鍍鋅合資項目合作協議書

8月6日，重慶鋼鐵與韓國株式會社POSCO韓國浦項簽署了《冷軋、鍍鋅合資項目合作協議書》，雙方將利用各自優勢，在冷軋、鍍鋅等領域展開密切合作。此次合資項目生產產品為汽車和家電用高級冷軋鍍鋅鋼板，生產規模240萬噸/年，投資總額約62億元。此項目的落成，將積極推動重慶及周邊地區房地產租賃業、流通業，礦物的國內外海運、加工及銷售產業鏈，和有色金屬的制造、加工及銷售產業鏈的發展。于此同時，隨著項目的推進，重慶汽車制造、加工等行業針對較大用材的需求將得到滿足。

Capitals Flooding into Finance Lease Market to Accelerate Industrial Development

Up till now, there are 37 independent legal finance lease institutions in Chongqing, the total registered capital of which is more than 13 billion yuan, and the market scale has almost reached 25 billion yuan. Regarding to Chongqing’s development planning, by the end of 2015, Chongqing finance lease institutions will increase by 5 billion yuan investment through increasing registered capital. Government believes the finance lease marketing will be another drive force to accelerate economic developments covering a very wide range area.

Cloud Computing to Power Chongqing Internet "Cloud Entrepreneurship"

On August 11, at the conference of Alibaba Cloud Computing (“AliCloud”) Chongqing Summit, Ali Cloud announced that it will offer adorable prices to Chongqing’s entrepreneurs’ fi rst buys of its cloud server. Entrepreneurs are able to save up to 100 thousand yuan for launching their business. Ali Cloud affirmed that they are currently planning to have more Chongqing partners, and the projects shall cover areas including infrastructure services, the third-party development, industrial solutions and customer-relationship solutions. Meanwhile, Ali Cloud is willing to provide its unique package in supporting entrepreneurs when they need cloud computing resources and services, and the package is valued range from 30,000 to 400,000 yuan.

Chongqing Mobile Internet Industrial Park has successfully signed agreements with Ali Cloud. The Ali project “Entrepreneur +” is committed to establish entrepreneur incubator, and aims to provide necessary supports.

Chongqing Iron and Steel Co. and Korean POSCO Singed a 62-billion-yuan Project Cooperation Agreem

On August 6, Chongqing Iron and Steel Co singed cold-roll and galvanize project cooperatio agreement with POSCO. This joint venture aims t produce high-end cold-rolled galvanized automobil and home appliance. Its annual production scale i 2.4 million tons, and the total investment is about 6 billion yuan. POSCO’s the main product, high tensil steel plates has entered Chongqing mainstream automobile markets and is widely adopted b manufacturers such as Chongqing Chang’an Ford Since the automobile industry is one of the thre traditional industries of Chongqing, the joint ventur with POSCO will accelerate the local economi development.
