關于近20年人事檔案內容發展的文獻統計分析

[摘 要] 近年來，隨著事業單位人事制度和工資制度的改革，人事檔案收集管理的內容發生很大的變化。本文以20年來《知網》全文數據庫所收錄的期刊文獻為研究對象，從文獻學科分類、研究層次、發表年度、作者及作者單位、關鍵詞等多個角度，對有關人事檔案內容發展變化文獻研究進行了統計分析。

Statistical Analysis of the Research on the Change and Development of the Contents of the Personnel Files in the Last 20 Years

Abstract：In recent years， with the reform of the personnel system and the wage system in institutions， the contents collected and managed by the personnel files have changed a lot. The periodical literature collected by full text database of CNKI in last 20 years was taken as the research object， from the multiple aspects of literature subject classification， research levels， published year， author and affiliation， keywords， etc.， this paper statistically analyzed the literature research on the development and change of the relevant personnel files contents.

事業單位人事檔案管理是檔案管理工作的主要內容之一。新時期，人事檔案隨之發生了諸多變化。研究人事檔案內容發生了哪些變化、這些變化又是如何出現的，說明什么問題，人事檔案內容發展趨勢又是什么樣的？本文以《知網》全文數據庫收錄期刊，進入高級檢索，以“人事檔案內容改革”為主題，以1994年1月至2014年12月20年為期限，檢索出共有223篇文獻，從文獻的文獻學科分類、研究層次、發表年度、作者及作者單位、關鍵詞等多個角度[1]，對有關人事檔案內容發展變化進行了統計分析，對發展趨勢進行了預測。

1 文獻學科分類

按照知網分類標準，研究文獻涉及的學科共分為15大類。其中檔案及博物館類168篇，占75.3%，高等教育38篇，占17%;醫藥衛生方針政策與法律法規研究18篇，占8.7%;職業教育、中國共產黨、計算機軟件及計算機應用各5篇，占2.2%;人才學與勞動科學、金融各3篇，占1.3%;工業經濟2篇，占0.9%;臨床醫學、電力工業、軍事、中等教育、教育理論與教育管理各1篇，占0.4%。

統計分析表明：人事檔案內容改革研究集中在檔案學科內，但是卻涉及了如此多的學科，說明人事檔案內容變化發展研究涉及很多行業，如占用比例較高的高等教育和醫藥衛生方針政策和法律法規研究，可以說得到了相關行業檔案工作者的關注。……
