論科技館建設在經濟發展中的作用

[摘 要] 在信息時代的背景下，科技已經成為決定生產力水平的關鍵因素，對經濟發展起到不可或缺的作用。科技進步的關鍵在于人才的培養，特別是科學精神、實證理念及科技常識的培養，這取決于科普的水平，而這也是科技館所承擔的社會責任。如何提升科技館的建設和運營水平，在加快經濟發展中發揮更大的作用，這是當前的一個重要課題，國內的科技館面臨著國外同行曾經遇到的瓶頸問題，本文將就解決這些問題作相應的實證研究，并提出具體的看法。

Disussion on the Role of Science and Technology Museum Construction in Economic Development

Abstract：Under the background of information time， science and technology has become the key factor determining the level of productivity， and it has been the vital factor of economy development. Thekey of science ?and technology progress lies in the cultivation of talents， especially of science spirit， empirical philosophyand science common sense， but it is decided by ?the quality of science popularization， and this is the social duty of science and technology museum. How to improve the construction and management ability of science and technology museum， to do more in the development of economy， is an important topic nowadays. Science and technology museums in China are facing the problems which had ever trapped foreign counterparts， this paper will do some empirical researches on how to resolve these problems， and raise some detailed views.

早在20世紀70年代，鄧小平就提出：“科技是第一生產力”。科技對社會的全面進步起到舉足輕重的作用，特別是對經濟的發展，已經成為不可或缺的因素。科技的進步，關鍵在于科技人才的培養，與科技進步有關的事業，已然成為社會事業中不可或缺的部分，從這個角度來看，科技館的建設，已經成為經濟發展的重要環節。

1 科技館的定位

科技館是普及科技知識、傳播科技思想、培養科技精神的重要場所，在科技人才的培養中處于基礎地位。在知識經濟的時代背景下，科技素質已經成為衡量國民素質的重要標準，國與國之間的競爭依賴于科技人才，而科技館則是培養科技人才的重要土壤。在發達國家中，科技館的建設已被納入長遠發展的重要范疇，并作為科普的重要載體，形成全面覆蓋、內容豐富、運作科學的體系，面向青少年開展趣味性、針對性的科普活動，形成崇尚科學、熱愛科學的社會氛圍。……
