【摘要】目的:觀察同伴介入治療方式對伴有焦慮抑郁癥狀兒童情緒的影響。方法:選擇伴有焦慮抑郁癥狀的兒童共45例作為研究對象,并按數(shù)字表法隨機分為對照組22例,觀察組23例。對照組患兒給予常規(guī)治療及基礎(chǔ)護理措施,而觀察組患兒則在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上進行同伴介入治療。兩組患兒均于治療前及治療后l、2、4、6周末使用漢密頓焦慮量表(HAMA)和抑郁量表(HAMD)評定其焦慮抑郁情緒的緩解情況差異。結(jié)果:HAMA及HAMD評分均顯示,觀察組在治療1周末即顯示出明顯效果,相關(guān)評分明顯下降,與治療前對比差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<005);而對照組則在治療2周末才凸顯治療效果,其與治療前對比差異具統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<005);此外,觀察組在治療后l、2、4、6周末的評分及減分率均顯著優(yōu)于對照組,兩組間差異比較具統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<005)。結(jié)論:同伴介入治療方式應(yīng)用于伴有焦慮抑郁癥狀的兒童中,能顯著改善負(fù)性情緒的影響,臨床效果顯著,值得在臨床上推廣使用。

Abstract:Objective Toexplore the influence situation on patients with anxiety and depression emotion by Peer interventional therapy.Methods Selected 45 cases children with symptoms of anxiety and depression as the research object and randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method.The control group were given the conventional treatment and basic nursing measure;While the observation group were given the interventional therapy for companion on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment for l、2、4、6 weekend,both groups were used the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Depression Scale (HAMD) to assess the situation difference relieve of anxiety and depression.Results The HAMA and HAMD score showed that the observation group had significant efficacy after treatment for 1 weekend which was significantly different compared with the pre-treatment (P<005);And the control group had significant difference after treatment for 2 weekend which was also significantly different compared with pre-treatment (P<005);Whats more,the scores and the reduced rate between the two groups after treatment for l、2、4、6 weekend were all better than the control group which difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<005).Conclusions Peer interventional therapy used in the treatment of children with anxiety and depression can significantly improve the effect of negative emotions.Its effect is significant which should be introduced in clinical practice.

焦慮抑郁癥又稱焦慮性神經(jīng)癥,是以廣泛性焦慮癥(慢性焦慮癥)和發(fā)作性驚恐狀態(tài)(急性焦慮癥)為主要臨床表現(xiàn)的一種常見病和多發(fā)病[1]。該病常伴有頭暈、胸悶、心悸、呼吸困難、震顫和運動性不安等癥,其焦慮并非由實際威脅所引起,或其緊張驚恐程度與現(xiàn)實情況極不相稱。隨著社會經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,人們的生活水平不斷提高,兒童伴發(fā)焦慮抑郁癥狀的現(xiàn)象越來越多,而社會對于該類兒童的教育也越發(fā)重視,并且已進入了一個嶄新的時代?;诔R?guī)治療方法的效果不甚理想[2],因此,本研究將對同伴介入治療方式對伴有焦慮抑郁癥狀兒童的情緒影響情況進行研究探討,現(xiàn)報告如下。
1資料和方法
