【摘要】教育是知識(shí)創(chuàng)新、傳播和應(yīng)用的主要基地,是培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新精神和創(chuàng)新人才的重要搖籃。作為一名高中英語(yǔ)教師必須具備全面創(chuàng)新的能力素質(zhì)。這種素質(zhì)主要包括:較強(qiáng)的掌握信息的能力素質(zhì)和知識(shí)更新的能力素質(zhì);根據(jù)學(xué)生實(shí)際,把納入課堂教學(xué)體系的信息進(jìn)行加工、提煉的能力素質(zhì);因人而異、因材施教,不斷改進(jìn)教育教學(xué)方法的能力素質(zhì);將教材的內(nèi)容與時(shí)代熱點(diǎn)相結(jié)合(及理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際)的能力素質(zhì)。

一、改變教學(xué)觀念
要解決知識(shí)的無(wú)限性和學(xué)生在校時(shí)間的有限這個(gè)矛盾,必須讓學(xué)生獲得終身學(xué)習(xí)的能力。正所謂“授人以魚,不如授人以漁。”
我一直嘗試一種重在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和實(shí)際操作語(yǔ)言的能力。在教學(xué)過(guò)程中,我注重“以學(xué)生為主體,老師為指導(dǎo),能力培養(yǎng)為主線”的教學(xué)方法。這種做法讓學(xué)生參與,積極思考和親自實(shí)踐;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的參與意識(shí),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí),和創(chuàng)新意識(shí),發(fā)展學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造思維能力和學(xué)生的社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)。
二、注重情商培養(yǎng)
吉爾伯特.海特在《教學(xué)的意識(shí)》一書中,精辟的描述了教學(xué)不應(yīng)是冷若冰霜的,教師
和學(xué)生都有著自己的思想和情感,因此教學(xué)活動(dòng)應(yīng)是情感與理智的和弦,熱情與智慧的統(tǒng)一。
三、借力多媒體技術(shù)
高速發(fā)展的信息時(shí)代使現(xiàn)代化的教學(xué)手段被利用到課堂教學(xué)成為可能。彼得.克萊曼說(shuō):“當(dāng)學(xué)習(xí)充滿樂(lè)趣時(shí),才更有效。”不失時(shí)機(jī)的利用多媒體技術(shù),使教學(xué)活動(dòng)在學(xué)生的興趣和熱情中悄然進(jìn)行。
四、知識(shí)輸入與應(yīng)用并重
下面是我如何把上面提到的幾點(diǎn)應(yīng)用到課堂教學(xué)中的。敬請(qǐng)同仁不吝指教。

Sandstorm in China appear to have increased in recent years as a result “desertification”. This is a processes that happens when land becomes desert because of climate changes and because of people cut down trees and dig up grass. When a sandstorm arrive in the city, weather expert advise people not to go out. To cycle in a sandstorm is frightened. If you want to go out, youd better wear a mask. Up to now, the government have planted more than 30billion tree ?and plans to continue plant for the next five years.

使高三學(xué)生在復(fù)習(xí)掌握基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的同時(shí),加強(qiáng)能力的提升是我一直堅(jiān)持的教學(xué)做法.語(yǔ)言的輸入與語(yǔ)言的輸出并重是我一貫堅(jiān)持的理念.情感目標(biāo)的升華是語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)與現(xiàn)實(shí)生活的有機(jī)結(jié)合。多媒體技術(shù)很好地輔助體現(xiàn)了教師的教學(xué)思路和教學(xué)方法,使教學(xué)內(nèi)容的科學(xué)性和教學(xué)活動(dòng)的藝術(shù)性很好地融為一體。
結(jié)語(yǔ):
多年來(lái),在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中,努力使語(yǔ)言知識(shí)與靈活多樣的教學(xué)形式形成水乳交融之勢(shì),推動(dòng)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)進(jìn)入一種藝術(shù)境界,產(chǎn)生藝術(shù)之美,讓學(xué)生在藝術(shù)美的境界中汲取知識(shí)。課堂教學(xué)是藝術(shù)與科學(xué)有機(jī)結(jié)合。
