摘 要 粵糖60號是廣州甘蔗糖業研究選育的優良甘蔗新品種,具有早熟、高產、高糖、農藝性狀優良等特性。本試驗在湛江蔗區研究3個植期對粵糖60號產量和蔗糖分的影響。結果表明:粵糖60號在湛江徐聞、遂溪和雷州等蔗區3個植期蔗莖產量都超過120 t/hm2,含糖量都超過20 t/hm2,蔗糖分都超過16%,農藝性狀和經濟性狀顯著優于ROC22。粵糖60號在徐聞和遂溪蔗區蔗莖產量達顯著性差異,含糖量和蔗糖分差異不顯著,徐聞蔗區蔗莖產量和含糖量均最高,遂溪蔗區蔗糖分最高。不同植期蔗莖產量和含糖量達顯著性差異,蔗糖分差異不顯著,其中12月份種植蔗莖產量、含糖量和蔗糖分均最高,2月份均最低。大面積種植試驗結果表明,粵糖60號適合在徐聞、雷州和遂溪等蔗區種植。

Effects of Different Planting Time on Yield
and Sucrose Content of Yuetang NO.60

Abstract Yuetang NO.60 was bred by Guangzhou Sugarcane Industry Research Institute. It was an excellent sugarcane variety with desirable characteristics of early maturity, high cane and sugar yields, stable yield, good agronomic traits. The results of planting experiment of Yuetang NO.60 in different planting time in Xuwen, Suixi and Leizhou showed that the mean cane yield of Yuetang NO.60 was 120 t/hm2 above, sugar yield was all over 20 t/hm2, sucrose content was all exceed 16.23%, and most of agronomic characters and ecomic characters were significantly better than those of the check variety ROC22, respectively. The difference among cane yield of Yuetang NO.60 in different areas was significant while the difference among sugar and sucrose content was not significant. Cane yield and sugar yield in Xuwen were the highest while sucrose content in Suixi was the highest. The difference among the cane yield and sugar yield of Yuetang NO.60 in different planting time were highly significant while sucrose content was not significantly. Ecomic characters were the highest planted in December and the lowest was in February. The results of large area planting test indicated that Xuwen, Leizhou and Suixi were suitable for growing Yuetang NO.60.

甘蔗品種選育是中國蔗糖業持續穩定發展和提高蔗糖業國際競爭力的主要核心技術,國際糖業技師協會ISSCT統計表明,甘蔗品種改良對于糖業發展的貢獻率為60%[1]。近年來,廣州甘蔗糖業研究所不斷加強對優良甘蔗新品種選育研究力度,培育出一批粵糖系列優良品種[2],例如粵糖93-159、粵糖94-128[3]、粵糖95-168、粵糖96-86[4]、粵糖99-66[5]、粵糖00-236[6]、粵糖00-318[7]、粵糖60號(03-393)[8],粵糖系列品種已成為國內自育品種中推廣面積最大的品種。粵糖60號是廣州甘蔗糖業研究所科技人員利用常規雜交育種方法,歷經10 a選育而成,該品種中大莖至大莖、生長快、植株高、早熟、高糖、豐產、優質、宿根性能較好、抗逆性較強、適應性廣,于2011年6月通過了全國甘蔗品種鑒定委員會的鑒定[8]。……
