問(wèn)題導(dǎo)向的工業(yè)工程專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)的改革與探索

摘 要 文章針對(duì)高校工業(yè)工程專(zhuān)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)中存在的問(wèn)題，運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析的問(wèn)題導(dǎo)向原則，發(fā)揮工業(yè)工程專(zhuān)業(yè)的改善特色，開(kāi)展工業(yè)工程專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)的改革和探索。實(shí)習(xí)效果有明顯的改善，對(duì)改革經(jīng)驗(yàn)有一定的參考價(jià)值。

Abstract This paper focused on the problem of the production practice course for industrial engineering major. Combining the problem-oriented principle in systems analysis with improving characteristic of Industrial Engineering major， the reform and exploration of the production practice course for Industrial Engineering major were practiced. The effect of the \"working practice\" was improved well. The experience of the reform is valuable.

0 引言

近年來(lái)，高等教育的教學(xué)實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)越來(lái)越得到重視，而生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)作為高校實(shí)踐教學(xué)的重要模塊之一，理應(yīng)得到高度重視。工業(yè)工程專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)是培養(yǎng)工業(yè)工程專(zhuān)業(yè)本科生的一個(gè)重要教學(xué)實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)，是大學(xué)生了解企業(yè)實(shí)際，聯(lián)系現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題、了解社會(huì)需求的有效方式，是提高學(xué)生的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)應(yīng)用能力、實(shí)踐技能以及創(chuàng)新能力的重要而有效的途徑。結(jié)合工業(yè)工程 的專(zhuān)業(yè)特點(diǎn)，對(duì)生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)進(jìn)行改革與探索，具有十分重要的意義。為使工業(yè)工程專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)既能達(dá)到預(yù)期效果，使生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)走上良性循環(huán)，更好地發(fā)揮專(zhuān)業(yè)特色，近年來(lái)，我們對(duì)陜西科技大學(xué)工業(yè)工程專(zhuān)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)進(jìn)行了改革與探索。

1 生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)中存在的問(wèn)題

經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)近三年工業(yè)工程專(zhuān)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研，發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)中存在的主要問(wèn)題表現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面：

1.1 實(shí)習(xí)單位不穩(wěn)定

目前大多數(shù)單位不愿意接受大批量的學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)，所以實(shí)習(xí)單位不固定，經(jīng)常是倉(cāng)促聯(lián)系倉(cāng)促實(shí)習(xí)。與實(shí)習(xí)單位（企業(yè)）沒(méi)有形成良好的合作關(guān)系，給實(shí)習(xí)計(jì)劃和安排帶來(lái)很大的困難。……
