摘 要 集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)是職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要途徑,是校企合作共同培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型人才的平臺(tái),建立集團(tuán)這一合作辦學(xué)平臺(tái)的主要目的是充分調(diào)動(dòng)集團(tuán)內(nèi)教育資源,深化校企合作,拓寬辦學(xué)渠道,提高辦學(xué)水平。本文介紹“湖南現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)”在集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)模式下深化校企合作進(jìn)行的相關(guān)探索。

Abstract Group education is an important way for the development of vocational education, is a common platform for school-enterprise cooperation to train technical skills personnel, the main purpose of the establishment of the Group of the cooperative education platform is fully mobilized within the group of educational resources, school-enterprise cooperation to deepen and broaden the educational channels, improve the educational level. 黨的“十八大”報(bào)告提出“加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育”,強(qiáng)調(diào)“現(xiàn)代”二字,一方面是強(qiáng)調(diào)職業(yè)教育要適應(yīng)當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展特別是適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的要求;另一方面是強(qiáng)調(diào)職業(yè)教育是一個(gè)體系,要進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)職業(yè)教育與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展緊密對(duì)接、深度融合,支持組建多種形式的職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)。
職教集團(tuán)作為跨地區(qū)、跨行業(yè)的教育組織形式,具有多功能、多層次、綜合性等特點(diǎn)。其既創(chuàng)新了職業(yè)教育體制機(jī)制,又促進(jìn)了多元主體的參與,是校企深度合作共同培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型人才的新型平臺(tái),是推動(dòng)區(qū)域內(nèi)職業(yè)教育與產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的重要措施,是國(guó)家構(gòu)建終身教育體系、建設(shè)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的有效途徑。因此,集團(tuán)化辦學(xué)代表了我國(guó)當(dāng)前職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的方向。
1 湖南現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)的基本情況
