技術經濟學中資金時間價值的教學探討

摘 要 技術經濟學是培養工科學生既懂技術又懂經濟的一門必修課，學好本課程的關鍵在于學好資金時間價值這一部分的內容，但由于工科學生沒有財務管理基礎，所以在學習這部分內容時難免吃力。本文介紹了一種簡單易學的方法，給出了技術經濟學中利用資金時間價值解題的一般步驟，并舉例說明此方法的應用。

Abstract Technical economics is a required course to train engineering students not only understand technology but also understand the economy， the key is to learn the course content of this part of the time value of money， but because engineering students do not have the financial management foundation， so when learning this part is inevitably difficult. This article describes a simple and easy method， gives the general steps of problem solving techniques in economics use the time value of money， and illustrates the application of this method.

技術經濟學主要研究科學技術方法的經濟性，是一門定量分析與定性分析相結合的學科，包括項目經濟性評價、不確定性分析、設備的經濟分析、可行性研究和價值工程等內容。為了更好地學習項目及設備的經濟分析及可行性研究的內容，必須掌握資金時間價值的含義及其運用。只有理解和掌握資金時間價值的內涵及其應用，才能對項目進行更加科學的分析和評價。由于資金時間價值是財務管理的重要內容，大部分工科學生沒有財務管理知識基礎，對資金時間價值很難理解，并且技術經濟學課程中對資金時間價值的講解比財務管理中的講解要粗略一些，有些公式沒有列入到技術經濟學課程中，比如預付年金、遞延年金、永續年金公式在技術經濟學教材中很少提到，給這部分知識的學習造成一定的困難。所以在學習這部分內容時，學生不容易接受，在教學的過程中還需要總結一些技巧，以便學生能夠更好地理解和掌握。……
