醫學檢驗本科臨床生物化學檢驗實驗教學改革的探索

摘 要 臨床生物化學檢驗是我國高等醫學院校醫學檢驗專業學生必修的一門專業主干課程，其實踐性強，實驗課在其中占有非常重要的地位。在實踐中通過改革實驗教學方法和內容；改革實驗教學考核方式；加強師資隊伍建設，提高教師臨床能力；轉變教育理念，強化醫學生生命責任意識等提高實驗教學質量等進行探索，為培養適應社會需求的高素質、高質量的醫學檢驗人員服務。

Abstract Clinical biochemistry tests is a compulsory main course of medical colleges medical test students， its strong practicality， the experimental class in which occupies a very important position. In practice， through reform of experimental teaching methods and content； reform of experimental teaching evaluation methods； strengthen the teaching staff， improve teachers' clinical competence； changing philosophy of education， strengthen the sense of responsibility of medical students to improve the life quality of teaching experiments to explore， for the training to adapt to society demand for high-quality， high-quality medical examiner services.

臨床生物化學檢驗是我國高等醫學院校醫學檢驗專業學生必修的一門專業主干課程，也是臨床實驗診斷學的重要內容，是由化學、生物化學、臨床醫學等學科交叉滲透逐漸形成的一門獨立學科，其主要任務是利用物理學、化學、生物學、遺傳學、病理學、免疫學、生物化學和分子生物學的理論與技術，探討疾病的發病機制，研究其病理過程中的特異性生物化學標志物或體內特定成分的改變。①本學科實踐性強，實驗課在其中占有非常重要的地位。因此，本文著重對包頭醫學院醫學檢驗本科臨床生物化學檢驗實驗教學改革進行了探索， 為更好地培養適應現代社會需求的高素質、高質量的醫學檢驗人員服務。現報告如下。

1 改革實驗教學方法和內容，實施綜合性實驗教學模式

多年來，我們教研室在實驗課教學中主要采取傳統的“灌輸式”教學法，即以“教師為主體，以主題為導向”的課堂授課形式，課堂上教師講、學生聽，然后學生再按照老師講解的實驗內容及操作步驟去完成整個實驗過程。……
