摘 要 法學(xué)專業(yè)的教學(xué)方式創(chuàng)新應(yīng)當(dāng)建立在符合我國(guó)法學(xué)教育基本要求的基礎(chǔ)上,并能同時(shí)凸顯學(xué)校自身與生源特色。獨(dú)立院校的法學(xué)本科教育的對(duì)象根據(jù)對(duì)法學(xué)教育資源需求的差異性可以分為“就業(yè)型人才”與“理論型人才”。因此,教師在講授過(guò)程中,應(yīng)當(dāng)將知識(shí)點(diǎn)內(nèi)容、課時(shí)分配和講授方法進(jìn)行分流設(shè)置,通過(guò)雙軌制教學(xué)方法達(dá)到教學(xué)目的。

Abstract Law professional innovative teaching methods should be established on the basis of compliance with the basic requirements of the law education, and can also highlight the characteristics of the school itself and the students. Object law undergraduate education independent institutions of law based on the needs of educational resources differences can be divided into \"employment talent\" and \"theory talent\". Therefore, teachers in the teaching process, should the knowledge content, time allocation and teaching methods triage settings to achieve the purpose of teaching through two-track teaching methods.

獨(dú)立院校作為高校中新興的組成部分,在力求不斷完善法學(xué)專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的同時(shí),更要探索如何創(chuàng)辦出有自身教學(xué)特色的法學(xué)教育方法,在法學(xué)本科教育遭遇瓶頸的轉(zhuǎn)型期中尋求機(jī)遇。筆者在獨(dú)立院校法學(xué)專業(yè)執(zhí)教多年,以所工作的武漢東湖學(xué)院的教學(xué)課程和培養(yǎng)方案為研究背景,探索出一條法學(xué)專業(yè)“就業(yè)型人才”與“理論型人才”培養(yǎng)雙軌制教學(xué)方法,以期拋磚引玉,對(duì)獨(dú)立院校的法學(xué)本科培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新作有益的探索。
1 “就業(yè)型人才”與“理論型人才”培養(yǎng)雙軌制教學(xué)方法的界定
“就業(yè)型人才”是指在完成本科階段后有意愿就業(yè)的學(xué)生?!袄碚撔腿瞬拧笔侵冈谕瓿杀究齐A段后有意愿繼續(xù)深造的學(xué)生。對(duì)“就業(yè)型人才”與“理論型人才”劃分的判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要來(lái)源于學(xué)生的志向和意愿,同時(shí)結(jié)合學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中體現(xiàn)的素質(zhì)和能力進(jìn)行綜合判斷。當(dāng)然,也有一部分學(xué)生意愿不明確的,可塑性較強(qiáng)的,那么雙軌制教學(xué)方法則能從側(cè)面更好地幫助他們找到適合自己的目標(biāo)。……
