摘 要 為適應“技能型”人才培養的要求,杭州技師學院汽車維修系針對汽車專業的主干課程逐步采用了“理實一體化”的教學模式,為保證理實一體化教學實施,配置了“理實一體化”教室、編寫了“理實一體化”課程標準、計劃、教案等。經過三年多的探索與實踐發現:“理實一體化”教學大大提高了學生的學習興趣,改善教學效果;但同時對教學設施的配套要求和教學的有效性等方面提出了更大的挑戰,本文在介紹一體化教學含義、教學過程的基礎上,研究出汽車專業課程“理實一體化”教學的評價方案。

為適應“技能型”人才培養的要求,三年杭州技師學院汽車系針對專業主干課程逐步采用了“理實一體化”的教學模式,實施過程中取得了一些成績,也發現了許多不足。考核是師資管理工作逐步走向科學化,教師職務評聘轉入正?;幕A,作為調動廣大教師工作積極性和創造性的重要手段,日益受到人們的關注。本文主要針對汽車主干課程一體化教學課堂教學質量評價體系進行分析與研究,為今后“理實一體化”教學模式的進一步推行積累經驗,打下基礎。
1 “理實一體化”教學含義
所謂“理實一體化”教學,其內涵是打破傳統的理論課、實驗課的界限,將課程的理論教學、實踐教學和生產、技術服務融于一體,教學場所直接安排在實驗室或實訓車間完成某個教學目標和教學任務?!?br>
