摘 要 隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,以及社會壓力的不斷加重,年輕的父母無暇照顧子女,在這種背景下隔代教育再度興起。然而隔代教育在發(fā)揮老人余熱、減輕年輕人壓力的同時阻礙了幼兒的健康發(fā)展,甚至由于孩子的教育而激化家庭矛盾。所以幼兒隔代教育問題的突出性與嚴(yán)峻程度,國家、政府工作人員及家庭父母應(yīng)該著重關(guān)注。本文分析了隔代教育的產(chǎn)生原因以及其中存在的問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的建議,為促進(jìn)幼兒健康發(fā)展提供思路。

Problems and Suggestions of Children Generational Education

Abstract As China's economy continues to develop, and social pressure has been increasing, the young parents have no time to take care of their children, in this context re-emergence of inter-generational education. However, inter-generational education plays old heat, relieve stress while young hindered the healthy development of young children, and even their children's education and intensification due to family conflicts. So prominent inter-generational sex and severity of early childhood education, the state, government staff and parents should focus on family. This paper analyzes the causes and the problems which exist in inter-generational education and made recommendations accordingly, provide ideas to promote the healthy development of young children.

1 我國隔代教育現(xiàn)狀
1.1 隔代教育的內(nèi)涵
“隔代教育”,所指的是祖輩家長對孫輩的教育,或孩子的教育大部分由祖輩來承受,我們又稱其為“祖輩教育”,這種形態(tài)是相對于傳統(tǒng)的父母教育而存在的。我們知道,現(xiàn)在社會競爭的激烈,年輕家長為了生存,迫于生計而外出打工,也有白領(lǐng)上班族因工作繁忙,亦或是因離婚而把孩子的生活、教育等撫養(yǎng)責(zé)任推卸給爺爺、奶奶、外公、外婆等祖父輩人們的身上。老人為了給年輕兒女減輕生活負(fù)擔(dān),自然而然承擔(dān)起照顧孩子的生活教育的重?fù)?dān),成為隔代教育。
1.2 隔代教育再度興起的原因
在現(xiàn)在社會里,隔代教育的再度蓬勃興起,這不是一個偶然現(xiàn)象,它是有多種方面促成的,一方面,在現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中,隔代教育與社會深刻的變革是分不開的。另一方面,中西思想的碰撞,觀念的改變在一定程度上影響著孩子的教育方式。……
