摘 要 健身健美運動現在已經深受大學生的喜愛,它已經在高校悄然興起,并且在高校已經開展了專項課程和選項課程,但是健身健美訓練由于其訓練特點,其過程中存在方法欠缺,導致訓練效果不是十分完美,出現肌肉僵化、身體靈活性下降。通過對健身健美不足的現狀、特點、進行探究,并提出了功能性訓練對健身健美的促進作用的研究,目的是為健身健美運動者在健身健美與運動中對身體訓練的不足提供一定的參考依據,以促進我國健身健美運動水平的進一步提高。從而得出功能性訓練對健身健美有促進作用。

健身健美運動的訓練目的更加注重的是對肌肉形態的鍛煉,通過對目標肌的大強度訓練使其形態和圍度得到很好的提升。但是健身健美運動是對主動肌進行單一的訓練,大多數屬于單關節運動。在日常生活中經常會看到有的人可以深蹲幾百斤,但不能扛動米袋上幾層樓。這種現象說明了什么,健身健美運動一定要加入功能性訓練,人體日常的活動是很多肌肉協同作用產生的,健身健美進行的杠鈴啞鈴訓練產生的力量還不足以滿足所有的日常人體活動。
1 功能性訓練對身體機能的促進作用
功能性訓練可以提高身體的靈活性,敏捷度,提高做各種運動的能力,在日常生活中更加實用。
