論高校學(xué)生黨員的群眾路線實(shí)踐活動(dòng)

摘 要 黨的群眾路線教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)工作會(huì)議中，習(xí)近平總書記強(qiáng)調(diào)指出，開(kāi)展黨的群眾路線教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，全黨同志要積極參與到活動(dòng)中來(lái)，高校學(xué)生黨員作為青年中的先進(jìn)代表，理應(yīng)第一時(shí)間響應(yīng)黨的號(hào)召，以實(shí)際行動(dòng)踐行黨的群眾路線實(shí)踐教育活動(dòng)。在高校學(xué)生黨員之中開(kāi)展群眾路線實(shí)踐教育活動(dòng)，能夠很好地增進(jìn)學(xué)生黨員與普通學(xué)生間的關(guān)系，促進(jìn)校園和諧，使他們共同為國(guó)家建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。

On the Mass Line of the Party Members of College Students Practice

Abstract In the party's mass line education practice work meeting， the General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasizes that to carry out the mass line of the party education practice， all the comrades in the party must actively participate in activities， as advanced representative of youth， party members of college students should be the first time in response to the call of the party， take practical action to carry out the party's mass line practice education activities. Carrying out the mass line education activities in the college student Party member can be very good to promote the relations between the Party member of students and ordinary students， promote the harmonious campus， so that they work together to contribute to national construction.

1 黨的群眾路線的發(fā)展

黨的群眾路線的思想淵源和理論基礎(chǔ)，是馬克思主義群眾觀點(diǎn)。它從根本上科學(xué)地回答了誰(shuí)是歷史的主人、歷史的創(chuàng)造者、歷史進(jìn)步發(fā)展的決定力量。1929 年9 月，由周恩來(lái)主持起草的《中央給紅四軍前委的指示信》（中央九月來(lái)信），闡述了紅軍與群眾的關(guān)系，在籌款工作上強(qiáng)調(diào)“不要由紅軍單獨(dú)去干”，而要“經(jīng)過(guò)群眾路線”，“群眾路線”一詞首次正式提出。1945 年，黨的七大報(bào)告系統(tǒng)地論述了黨的群眾觀點(diǎn)，初步建立了群眾路線的理論體系，成為毛澤東思想的重要組成部分。

建國(guó)以來(lái)，全黨對(duì)群眾路線進(jìn)行了堅(jiān)持與發(fā)展，取得了豐碩的建設(shè)成果。十一屆三中全會(huì)之后，鄧小平明確提出當(dāng)前社會(huì)的主要矛盾是落后的社會(huì)生產(chǎn)和人民日益增長(zhǎng)的物質(zhì)文化需求之間的矛盾。要解決這一矛盾，必須堅(jiān)持以經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)為中心，大力發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力，不斷提高人民群眾的生活水平。……
