摘 要 行為習慣對一個人的影響是深遠的,良好的行為習慣能夠對一個人產(chǎn)生正面的、積極的影響,尤其是在幼兒時期,作為人生的初始階段更是培養(yǎng)孩子良好行為習慣的關鍵時期。良好的行為習慣能夠開發(fā)幼兒智力,培養(yǎng)幼兒各方面能力,促進幼兒全面健康地發(fā)展。本文對幼兒良好行為習慣進行了概述,論述了幼兒良好行為習慣的培養(yǎng)方法,諸如給予孩子適當?shù)钠谕诨顒又幸?guī)范幼兒的行為,充分肯定并鼓勵幼兒的表現(xiàn),言傳身教,注重細節(jié)的把握等切實可行的方法。最后提出了培養(yǎng)計劃要周密,策略要便于實施,創(chuàng)造必要的環(huán)境等培養(yǎng)幼兒良好行為習慣應該注意的事項。

Abstract Impact on a person's behavior is profound, good habits can have a positive impact on a person, especially in early childhood, as the initial stage of life is a critical period of cultivation of good habits of children. Good habits to develop children's intelligence, the ability to develop all aspects of child care, and promote the healthy development of children overall. In this paper, from children good habits overview, discusses the culture method of children's good habits, such as giving the child appropriate expectations, regulate the behavior of children at the event, affirmed and encouraged the children's performance, words and deeds, pay attention to grasp the details, etc. practical approach. Finally, the training program should plan carefully, to facilitate the implementation of strategies to create the necessary environment should be used to foster children good behavior points.

處于幼兒階段的兒童,對世間萬物充滿了好奇,有著較強的求知欲望,能夠獨立地進行一些活動,自主意識開始萌發(fā),肢體活動較為靈活,這一時期是孩子們學習各項技能,形成良好行為習慣的關鍵時期。幼兒園是孩子們學習、生活的重要場所,也是孩子們融入社會的第一步,在幼兒園里,孩子們在與其他小伙伴的溝通、交流、協(xié)作過程中,潛移默化地形成了各種各樣的行為習慣。幼兒園教師如果不對孩子們初步形成的行為習慣進行規(guī)范與控制,將會導致幼兒形成一些不良行為習慣,而一旦不良習慣形成,再想對其矯正,將會付出更多的時間精力,教育效果也不一定好。因此,作為幼兒教師應該重視幼兒良好行為習慣的培養(yǎng),采用科學的教學方法與手段,促進幼兒養(yǎng)成良好的行為習慣。……
