When principals design contracts in the process of principal-agency, there are competitive supplies from agents in advance. Principals must ensure that agents can gain at least reservation utility, so that agents will participate in the contracts. Based on the Bayesian risk function method, this paper researches the design method of the reservation utility, under the condition of incomplete and asymmetric information between principals and agents, and gets the reasonable Bayesian estimation of reservation utility.

The calculation of the differential cross section can provide a lot of information for measuring data. Based on the classical method of quantum mechanics and the theory of Born-Oppenheimer, this paper calculates the differential cross section and phase shift of particles in different potential function, which provides an effective theoretical reference for the numerical study of scattering process.

Under the influence of rainfall, earthquake or other factors, the landslide of Wanyuan Paper Mill in Wanzhou District may threaten life and property safety of the surrounding residents. To calculate and analyze the stability of Wanyuan Paper Mill landslide, this paper first used transfer coefficient method, and got the different results from actual situation; thus, chose finite element software to analyze stability of landslide, and the software simulation results coincide with actual situation, which shows the excellence of software simulation. Finally, effective control measures are put forward based on the simulation results.

Zstack is an industry-leading ZigBee protocol stack, which is introduced by TI Company. It almost includes all the features of the protocol stack in the mesh network topology, and occupies a very important position in the competitive ZigBee field. In this paper, efforts are paid on the brief interpretation of Zstack’s basic principles and the realization of point-to-point communication on the relevant experimental platform, to show the basic principles and methods of point-to-point communication based on Zstack.

Tourism activities and each link can be regarded as a complex system, including human, machine, environment, and the security problem has drawn much attention. Tourism security problem shows the systemic, complex, dynamic, and accidental characteristics. Thus traditional tourist theories and methods can not fit for the security problems. The integration of tourism security and system security theory has become a new trend. The system security theory and method has theoretical significance for building a scientific and reasonable system of tourism security system.

To establish the evaluation index system and determine the index weight of tourism e-government, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process method (AHP), based on a questionnaire survey of expert, and then builds the comprehensive evaluation model of tourism e-government. Eleven provinces of western China are chosen as the research objects. The paper obtains relevant research data through network questionnaire, and uses Excel software to make quantitative statistical analysis. According to the data results, it analyzes the current situation of these provinces’ tourism e-government, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the tourism e-government construction.

The implementation of Tourism Law protects legitimate income and labor rights of tour guides, but changes the salary structure of tour guides, leading to the increasing tour guides turnover rate. The tour guide personnel salary management is the main contents of the human resource management of travel agency, is also the important means to promote the stability of the guide team. According to the effects of Tourism Law on travel agency and tourism, this paper analyzes the salary structure, by using SPSS to carry on the factor analysis on eighteen salary satisfaction indexes, and gets five main factors that affect the salary satisfaction of tour guides in Fujian, then analyses the mean value. Based on these results, it is suggested to construct the salary system of tour guides combining intrinsic rewards with extrinsic rewards.

Then it gets the results: Only newly-built local universities integrated closely with the requirements of local economy, society and technology development, they can achieve successfully, by strengthening on teaching staffs and infrastructure, continuously adjusting and optimizing the training objectives, etc. Finally, it makes the conclusion: newly-built local universities should accelerate transformational development, construct innovative personnel-training model, and overall serve in local economy, society, and technology development, thus they can achieve their own scientific, rapid, sustained and healthy development in fierce market competition.

It establishes an effective SWOT mode to evaluate the university teaching management informatization. To explore the basic characteristics of Yoga injury and preventive measures, this paper investigates and analyzes the characteristics, parts of the body, and causes of Yoga injury, by using the methods of questionnaire, mathematical statistics, literature review and experts interview. It gets the results: the main injuries are focused on waist, neck, vertebra, knees and legs; the main reasons include the wrong actions and the ignorance of difficulties. Meanwhile, the paper puts forward measures and suggestions to prevent Yoga injury: students should prepare for warm-up exercise and practice under the guidance of teachers, and teachers should take systemic and scientific yoga teaching methods, to avoid sport injury in practice
