摘 要:隨著我國經濟的快速發展和醫藥衛生改革步伐的加快,人們對健康的重視程度越來越深,對醫藥產品的需求廣泛而復雜。醫藥營銷專業主要是培養既懂醫藥知識又懂營銷知識的復合型人才。本文認為:專業建設應該從以下幾方面開展:(1)科學合理地建設有醫藥特色的市場營銷學專業課程體系。(2)完善師資隊伍建設。(3)教學方式多樣化,學生積極配合注重培養學生興趣。(4)關注醫藥行業的發展變化趨勢,并不斷創新。(5)加強倫理教育,培養綠色營銷人才。

Abstract:With rapid development of economy and reform of medical health speeding up in China,people become conscious of their heath.The awareness of health makes the demand of pharmaceutical products very broad and complicated.Pharmaceutical marketing major aims to cultivate talent with compound pharmaceutical and marketable knowledge background.This paper argues that speciality construction should implement from following aspects:Firstly,construct the scientific and rational marketing curriculum with pharmaceutical features; Secondly,improve and perfect the faculty;Thirdly,diversify teaching method and enlighten interest so as to let students active involve in class;Fourthly,keep eye on pharmaceutical developing trend and continuous innovation;Fifthly,strengthen ethical education and foster green marketing talents.

醫藥行業是世界貿易中增長最快的朝陽產業之一,我國人口眾多,經濟發展迅速,對醫藥產品需求旺盛,醫藥市場潛力巨大。據國家食品藥品監督管理局的數據顯示,目前,我國藥品生產企業有7000多家,藥品經營企業有14萬多家。醫藥市場的需求是決定醫藥營銷人才特征的重要因素,龐大的醫藥市場,決定了其對醫藥營銷人才的數量和質量的需求。此外,我國正在積極進行城鎮、農村醫療衛生體制改革和醫療保險制度改革,對醫藥市場營銷專業人才的需求也越來越多,因此,許多醫藥院校都先后開設了相關市場營銷專業,為醫藥行業培養復合型營銷人才,以滿足醫藥行業對營銷人才的特殊需求。
