摘 要:遙感技術(shù)在全國土地變更調(diào)查工作中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,主要通過從最新獲取的遙感影像中提取所需信息,對(duì)比之前的數(shù)據(jù)庫信息進(jìn)行分析得到一定時(shí)間階段的土地變更情況。基于2012年全國土地變更調(diào)查遙感監(jiān)測(cè)項(xiàng)目,以Quick Bird影像數(shù)據(jù)和前時(shí)相基礎(chǔ)底圖為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用RS對(duì)遙感影像進(jìn)行拼接、融合以及調(diào)色等處理過程,并運(yùn)用GIS對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)圖斑進(jìn)行提取,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)土地變更的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)研究。

The Study of RS Technology in Monitoring of Land Use Change Survey

Abstract:The remote sensing technology obtains the widespread application in the national land change investigation work. The certain stage land change situation is mainly obtained through the comparing and analyzing the extracted information from the newest remote sensing images and the database information before. The paper,with Quick Bird image,the previous fundamental base map,implemented the stitching process,image composite and adjusting color of image using RS technology,and extracted the spot using GIS. Finally,this paper implemented the dynamic monitoring of land use change.

土地是人類賴以生存和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),土地資源是一定區(qū)域內(nèi)氣候、地貌、巖石、水文、土壤和動(dòng)植物等自然要素與人類勞動(dòng)成果相結(jié)合的自然生態(tài)-經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合體,具有自然、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)屬性[1]。我國土地資源生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化、水土流失嚴(yán)重、土地沙漠化、土壤次生鹽堿化,從而導(dǎo)致土地質(zhì)量下降,生產(chǎn)力低,不合理建設(shè)濫占耕地導(dǎo)致大量農(nóng)田喪失,最終導(dǎo)致我國耕地資源日益減少[2]。針對(duì)土地資源存在的問題,國家定期對(duì)土地利用變化狀況進(jìn)行管理,進(jìn)行土地利用變更調(diào)查,目的是及時(shí)掌握土地權(quán)屬與利用的變動(dòng)狀況,保持地籍資料的現(xiàn)時(shí)性,完成土地利用現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查和建立初始地籍后,國家每年對(duì)土地權(quán)屬和用途發(fā)生變化的土地進(jìn)行連續(xù)調(diào)查、全面更新土地用地資料的過程,本質(zhì)上是一種動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè),提高土地信息變更的效率和質(zhì)量成為土地管理中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),因此在土地利用變更調(diào)查中引入3S技術(shù)成為了土地利用變更調(diào)查發(fā)展方向[3]。……
