摘 要: 校企合作被認為是實現高職人才培養目標的有效途徑,也是大力發展職業教育的必然要求。但校企合作中存在很多問題和不足,本文以杭科院為例,從校企合作專業人才培養目標和模塊化課程建設、以工作室方式加強校企合作、通過校企合作構建實踐教學質量保障體系等方面介紹計算機信息管理專業(網絡商務方向)校企合作的主要措施,并提出了校企合作的“411”人才培養模式,實踐證明該模式能提高學生的首崗勝任能力、職業發展能力和創新能力,并為學生后續就業打下堅實的基礎。

"411" training mode based on school-enterprise cooperation
——Computer Information Management of Hangzhou Polytechnic as an example

Abstract: School-enterprise cooperation is considered to be an effective way to realize the training goal of higher vocational talents, it is also the inevitable demand of developing occupation education,but it has a lot of problems in school-enterprise cooperation. In this article, I introduce the mothods of School-enterprise cooperation from professional objectives and modular courses, Studio to improve school-enterprise cooperation, the practice of teaching quality guarantee system. Then, I put forward the "411" training mode based on school-enterprise cooperation.Practice has proved that the model can improve the competence, career development capacity and the innovation of students,and can be a foundation for the future of students.

0 引言
校企合作教育是高校與社會各部門緊密合作,通過一定的組織形式,將理論學習與實踐訓練相結合,培養學生實踐能力和創新精神,全面提高學生綜合素質的一種新型的教育模式,是高等教育發展的必然趨勢,也是培養高素質創新人才的必然選擇[1]。對于高職院校,探索校企合作教育模式,對培養創新型應用型人才和服務地方經濟具有重要的現實意義。
近年來一些高職院校電子商務專業加強了與企業的聯系與合作,人才培養質量有了顯著提高,學校也取得了長足的進步和發展。但是,在合作過程中也存在著一些問題和不足,如學校參與校企合作層次淺,深度不夠,大部分學校只是通過合作企業為學生提供頂崗實習或為教師提供下企業鍛煉機會,而能夠讓企業真正參與人才培養方案、課程建設的學校并不多[2];……
