基于決策樹的心理危機預警模型研究

摘 要： 網絡文化的飛速發展，社會變革的強烈沖擊等給大學生造成的心理危機已成為當前高校和社會面臨的嚴峻挑戰。通過調查研究，從網絡、性格、學習、經濟等方面分析了當前高校大學生心理危機產生的各種原因和關鍵因素，利用決策樹C4.5算法對產生心理危機的各種信息進行分析，找出關鍵因素，建立基于C4.5的大學生心理危機預警模型，以幫助建立、健全危機預警和危機干預機制，并預防大學生心理危機的產生。

Abstract： With the rapid development of network culture and the strong influence of social transformation， the psychological crisis of college students has become a serious challenge to the universities and society. Through the investigation and study， various factors of the psychological problems from several aspects， such as character， learning， economy and so on， are analyzed. Psychological crisis information is examined by means of decision trees （C4.5 algorithm）. The critical factor is searched in order to establish a psychological crisis alert model of college students， to perfect the mechanism of crisis alert and crisis intervention and to prevent the psychological crisis.

0 引言

危機系指因內、外環境因素所引起的一種對組織生存具有立即且嚴重威脅性的情境或事件[1]，心理危機則可以定義為當個體面臨突然或重大生活逆境時出現的心理失衡狀態[2]。大學生心理危機有深刻的社會文化根源，其核心是異質文化的沖突所導致的價值觀念的沖突，突出地體現為文化整合中社會主體文化的內在分裂導致大學生亞文化的貧困、文化轉型中家庭功能的失調、文化沖突中傳統教育的偏頗等[3]。大學生心理危機已成為當前校園危機產生的重要原因，正在威脅著高校的正常教學和管理工作。英國危機管理專家邁克爾·里杰斯特曾經說過：“預防是解決危機的最好辦法”。分析大學生心理危機產生的各種因素有利于構建心理危機預警機制和教育干預體系。

計算機技術的飛速發展，信息系統的大量應用，海量數據背后大量的隱藏信息，迫切需要人們對現實數據進行統計分析以發現其中存在的關系和規則，從中獲取有用的知識并對未來的發展趨勢作出預測。……
