基于專利信息分析的技術生命周期判斷方法

〔摘 要〕本文從專利信息特征出發研究技術生命周期的判斷方法，歸納總結出了5種典型方法，分別為：S曲線法、專利指標法、相對增長率法、技術生命周期圖法、TCT計算法。論文給出了具體計算公式及詳細的判斷方法。最后對5種判斷方法進行評價，指出各自的適用條件。論文對技術生命周期判斷方法的歸納全面而實用，為研究者根據實際情況靈活選用不同判斷方法提供了理論參考。

〔Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ〕This article studied the distinguishing methods of technology life cycle from the information characteristic of patent.It summarized five typical methods, which were s-curve,patent indicators,relative growth rates,patent technology life cycle diagram,TCT.The article gave specific calculation formulas and distinguishing methods.Lastly it evaluated the five methods and also pointed out their applicable conditions.The distinguishing methods of technology life cycle the article summarized were comprehensive and practical.The article provided a theoretical reference for studiers of choosing proper distinguishing methods according to actual situation.

技術生命周期，是描述一項技術的使用，從基礎科學或應用科學衍生發展而來，將之應用于產品開發與設計上，到該項產品導入市場后，直至該項產品退出整個市場的一段時間［１］。

因為技術生命周期中的各個階段是可以預測而重復的，所以了解技術處于何種發展階段，方能進行前瞻性的管理，及早處理或避免問題發生。企業在技術的穩定階段就應有計劃地思考如何使技術持續成長的問題，以避免技術陷入因無法及時變遷而面臨衰退甚至解體的困境。

判斷技術生命周期的方法很多，現在越來越多的人使用專利數據評估技術生命周期。首先，專利包含許多隱性技術知識，透露出技術的發展脈絡。其次，專利能揭示技術的商業潛能，因為專利申請的前提是商業應用的可能。第三，基于專利申請數據的技術生命周期分析比產品生命周期分析早。最后，專利申請可以通過專利數據庫容易且客觀地衡量。……
