自卸砂船的穩性缺陷及改進方法探析

摘 要：主要探討自卸砂船改V型艙底為W型底，從船舶的艙底形狀、艙容、貨物重心、船舶總重心高、穩性以及船體縱向強度等方面作綜合考慮，較好解決內河自卸砂船穩性裕度不足的問題。

Method for Improving Stability of Self-Unloading Sand Ship

Abstract: This paper discusses the method for improving stability of self-unloading sand ship that substitute w-type hold bottom for v-type hold bottom. By integrated consideration on the shape of hold bottom， tank capacity， center of gravity of cargo， height of gravity center of vessel， stability and longitudinal strength of hull and other aspects， it solves the problem of shortfall in stability margin of the Ship.

1 前言

自卸砂船是目前國內珠江水系、長江水系中應用比較普及的一種散裝貨物運輸船，它是廣大的建造者、使用者通過實踐總結而形成的船舶種類，主要用于運載砂、碎石、散裝水泥和煤炭等顆粒狀散裝貨物。其首配備帶輸送帶的可伸縮卸貨吊臂，使其具有不受碼頭限制而靈活卸載的特點，且該類型船舶具有快速裝、卸載貨物的優點，只要航道的河岸邊具備合適水深，船舶就能自己快速將貨卸到岸上，這些特點和優點，使其在內河運輸大宗低價值散貨方面具備明顯的性價比優勢。

2 自卸砂船V型艙底的優缺點

自卸砂船之所以具有快速自卸的優點，關鍵在于其貨艙底部的形狀。自卸砂船的貨艙開口呈長大形狀，其下部沿縱向設置的全通斜壁（貨艙傾斜底板），使其橫剖面呈V字型，貨物由于重力作用，沿著V型斜壁自動滑移到貨艙底部，通過貨艙底部正中間的卸貨口，滑落到沿縱向循環運轉的卸貨皮帶上來完成卸載。

要使其所載運的散裝（如砂、石、煤及水泥熟料等）貨物自行向下滑移至卸貨皮帶上，需要其貨艙斜壁必須達到一定的斜度。廣大使用者的實踐經驗證明，貨艙斜壁板與水平面的夾角在≥37°時，貨艙中的散裝貨物才會暢順地自動滑落，特別是對于顆粒比較細小的貨物，如細沙、粉煤等，貨艙斜壁夾角如果太小（≤30°），貼近貨艙斜壁的貨物需要用人工頂推才能滑落，達不到自卸的目的。……
