摘 要:煤氣報警系統采用了RCM5700為系統的CPU,通過單片機系統設計實現對家用煤氣的控制功能,由NG-CO-001電化學一氧化碳氣體傳感器對煤氣進行檢測,將所得的濃度值與設定濃度值相比較得到偏差。通過對偏差信號的處理獲得控制信號,去調節煤氣出氣閥的通斷,四個單元的煤氣濃度對應模擬量利用A/D轉換為數字量,并加入了鍵盤輸入,從而實現對家用煤氣漏氣的控制。整個系統的硬件電路設計合理,性能安全可靠。

Abstract:Coal gas warning system adopt RCM5700 computer CPU of system,Design a realization through a single slice of machine system to the control function of household-use coal gas. The NG-CO-001 electricity chemistry carbon monoxide air spreads a feeling machine to carry on an examination to the coal gas and compares density value and enactment density value gaining to get deviation,the processing that passes to the deviation signal acquires control signal and regulate coal gas to give vent to anger the of valve break.four coal gas density corresponding analog quantity of unit utilize A/D person who changes figure into, and has joined key in,carry out the control that leaks air to the household-use coal gas thus.The hardware circuit of the whole system is reasonable in design, performance is safe and reliable.

1 概述
煤氣的主要成分是甲烷,甲烷是一種可燃性氣體,遇到明火會發生燃燒甚至爆炸,甲烷的不完全燃燒可能會生成一氧化碳,人體吸入有毒氣體一氧化碳后,一氧化碳將會迅速與血液中的紅細胞結合導致人體中毒昏迷,每年,因燃氣灶本身的質量問題,導致煤氣泄露,造成的煤氣中毒、爆炸事故全國均有不少事例。面對燃氣泄漏而造成的種種事故威脅,有關部門經長期測試得出結論,燃氣報警器是對付燃氣這種無形殺手的重要手段之一。
2 系統設計基礎
基于Mini Core RCM5700芯片。主要特點:
(1)微處理器為Rabbit 5000(內含128KB的SDRAM),主頻為50MHz;
(2)程序存儲器為1MB閃存;
(3)32個GPIO(可配置);
(4)6個(可配置)CMOS兼容的串El;
(5)帶實時時鐘(電池供電);
(6)10個8位定時器,10位和l6位定時器各1個;
(7)有兩路觸發輸入和兩路正交解碼輸入;
(8)帶有看門狗;
(9)支持10/100Base—T以太網功能;
RCM5700硬件組成:
