摘 要:現(xiàn)有的錄波分析軟件多為C/S架構,兼容性較差,客戶端軟件升級與服務器維護易給用戶帶來使用不便。隨著網(wǎng)絡發(fā)展,電力系統(tǒng)運行管理趨于網(wǎng)絡化,本系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構,順應了這一趨勢。本系統(tǒng)服務器可通過TCP/IP協(xié)議同時接收協(xié)議轉換器轉發(fā)的常規(guī)存儲卡、基于IEC61850-9-1標準的采樣值和遵循IEC61850-8-1 標準的面向通用對象的數(shù)字化變電站事件(GOOSE)等三種數(shù)據(jù)報文,排除硬件上的差異,從而實現(xiàn)錄波數(shù)據(jù)的快速采集、高效啟動判斷、綜合分析處理與保存,通過Web發(fā)布以供用戶遠程瀏覽信息及波形,下載文件,很好地滿足了數(shù)字化變電站對錄波系統(tǒng)的新要求。關鍵詞:B/S架構; IEC61850; GOOSE; TCP/IP協(xié)議; 啟動判斷; COMTRADE格式

System Of Newly-designed Persistent Wave Recording in Digital Substation

Abstract: The existing wave-recording analysis software is mostly implemented with C/S architecture, whose compatibility is poor, and client software upgrade or server maintenance is not convenient for users. As the network development, power system management tends to be networked. This system is based on B/S architecture,conforming to the trend. The innovation of this system is that server can receive three kinds of data message based on general storaging card, sample value according to standards of IEC61850-9-1 and object-oriented substation affairs (GOOSE)following standards of IEC61850-8-1 which the protocol transforming equipment transmits by the protocol of TCP/IP. It eliminates the difference of hardware, thereby implements quick acquisition, efficient start-up judgment, comprehensive processing and storage of the wave recording data, providing the customer with browsing information and wave shape over Internet, downloading files by the Telnet protocol.Keywords: B/S architecture; IEC61850; GOOSE; TCP/IP protocol; start-up judgment; COMTRADE format
0 引 言
變電站、電廠的運行狀態(tài)監(jiān)視和故障定位分析關系到整個變電站、電廠的安全可靠運行及維護,而故障錄波器是電網(wǎng)安全可靠運行及維護的重要部分,是研究現(xiàn)代電網(wǎng)的基礎[1-3]。其主要任務是記錄系統(tǒng)大擾動如短路故障、系統(tǒng)振蕩、頻率崩潰、電壓崩潰等發(fā)生大擾動后引起的系統(tǒng)電壓、電流及其導出量如系統(tǒng)有功率、無功功率及系統(tǒng)頻率等電氣量的變化全過程[4],對于工作人員正確分析設備故障性質和原因,研究反事故對策,及時處理事故,評價繼電保護動作行為和自動裝置動作的正確性提供了可靠的依據(jù),根據(jù)故障錄波數(shù)據(jù)可以對系統(tǒng)的運行電量進行變化規(guī)律分析、諧波分析、故障定位、事故再現(xiàn)等。
目前大部分錄波器都只能進行在故障時刻進行暫態(tài)錄波數(shù)據(jù)的記錄和以有效值方式進行的常態(tài)記錄。……
