摘 要:對一種新型的電感式傳感器裝置進(jìn)行了研究,著重介紹了該傳感器的工作原理及基本結(jié)構(gòu)、孔徑識別系統(tǒng)的框圖設(shè)計、實驗驗證分析和工業(yè)應(yīng)用。利用電感式傳感器的輸出模擬量電流值與金屬被測物體之間的距離關(guān)系,構(gòu)建新穎的檢測系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)對機(jī)械設(shè)備上安裝不同直徑螺孔的識別。通過實驗室試驗裝置驗證, 結(jié)果與理論測量值相一致。該檢測系統(tǒng)新穎、實用、可靠,價格低廉,穩(wěn)定系數(shù)高,具有較高的精度和測量范圍,應(yīng)用價值良好。關(guān)鍵詞:模擬量式; 電感傳感器; 螺紋孔徑; 孔徑識別

Application of Analog Inductive Sensorin Screw-type Aperture Recognition

Abstract: A new type of inductive sensor devices is studied. The basic working principle of the sensor, structure of the aperture identification system, analysis of experimental verification and industrial applications are presented amphatically. A new testing system was built by means of the distance relationship between the analog current output value of inductive sensor and the measured metal object to implement the identification of the different diameter screws installed on mechanical equipments. The experimental result obtained in the laboratory is consistent with the theoretical calculation value. The new detection system is practical, reliable, and also hasthe advantages of low cost, high stability coefficient, high accuracy and wide measuring range.Keywords: analog quantity; inductive sensor; screw-type aperture; aperture identification

現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中螺絲作為最主要的緊固件之一,需求量很大,對于不同的孔徑,螺釘與螺帽的匹配問題尤為關(guān)鍵,精密設(shè)備中微小差異都可能帶來傳動、電動裝置的系統(tǒng)問題,因此鉆削和攻絲技術(shù)的發(fā)展已被迅速地提上議事日程。
最早的螺紋孔檢測是通過人工完成的,即操作者將螺栓或量計旋入孔內(nèi)進(jìn)行檢測。然而,人工方法因勞動強(qiáng)度大,成本高等問題逐漸被自動化檢測法[1]所代替。在此研究的一款即是利用先進(jìn)傳感器而實現(xiàn)的對金屬螺孔的細(xì)微檢測。
1 電感式傳感器的基本概念
1.1 基本結(jié)構(gòu)及靈敏度
電感式傳感器的激勵元件由線圈和鐵氧體磁心組成(見圖1)。式(1)為電感式傳感器的數(shù)學(xué)模型[1-2]。

由式(1)可知,線圈電感量L與氣隙厚度δ成反比,與氣隙截面積S成正比。……
