摘 要:利用計算流體力學CFD軟件對主噴嘴內部氣流進行了三維數值模擬,獲得噴氣織機主噴嘴內部氣流壓力、流速、馬赫數等流場特性的分布曲線,并就流場的軸向徑向氣流速度模擬結果進行了詳細的分析評價。模擬結果驗證了計算模型的可行性和有效性,對于進一步了解實際系統流場特性并提高噴氣織機氣流性能具有重要意義。在一定程度上為主噴嘴內部流場分析和結構設計奠定了基礎,為主噴嘴結構設計縮短研制周期,提高效率,節約成本提供了參考依據,是噴氣織機氣流引緯技術研究的一個重要發展方向。關鍵詞:噴氣織機; 主噴嘴; 數值模擬; 流場

Numerical Simulation and Analysis of Air Flow within Main Nozzle in Air-jet Loom

Abstract: The 3-D numerical simulation of the air flow within the main nozzle was performed with the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software, and the distribution curves of flow field characteristics of pressure, velocity and Mach number of air flow within the main nozzle of air-jet loom were obtained. A detailed analysis and evaluation about the simulation results of the radial and axial air velocity in the flow field are carried out. The simulation results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the method, which may have important significance in further understanding of practical flow field characteristics, improve the flow field performance of air-jet loom, and lay a foundation for the flow field analysis and structure design of main nozzle to some extent. The method can shorten the development cycle for main nozzle. It is a development direction of pneumatic weft insertion tchnology of air-jet loom.Keywords: air-jet loom; main nozzle; numerical simulation; flow field

0 引 言
噴氣引緯系統是依靠噴嘴氣流實現引緯,因此噴嘴的設計是噴氣織機的關鍵技術,噴嘴的結構、流速等參數直接影響到整機的正常運轉和織物的質量,而噴嘴內部的流動情況比較復雜[1],目前噴嘴多數的設計是建立在經驗基礎之上,迫切需要對噴嘴的內部流動規律進行深入的研究。
隨著計算流體力學(computational fluid dynamic,CFD)技術和計算機技術的不斷發展,數值計算得到迅速發展,這里采用數值計算方法對噴氣織機噴嘴中氣流流動特性進行研究,并對其氣流流動性能進行三維數值模擬研究,得出主噴嘴內部流場的分布情況,從而對主噴嘴內部氣流速度情況進行了分析評價,以利于更好的了解噴嘴內部氣流與噴氣織機工作性能之間的關系?!?br>
