摘 要:矩形波導(dǎo)E面金屬插片濾波器是毫米波波段的一種重要濾波器形式。利用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)矩形波導(dǎo)E面金屬插片濾波器,解決了傳統(tǒng)矩形波導(dǎo)E面金屬插片濾波器設(shè)計(jì)過程中自動化程度低,需要大量查表的問題,為這種類型濾波器的研制和生產(chǎn)打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。采用編寫的CAD程序完成一個(gè)濾波器設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例,結(jié)果表明了用該程序設(shè)計(jì)E面濾波器的可行性。關(guān)鍵詞:矩形波導(dǎo); 金屬插片; 模式匹配法; 高次模

Computer Aided Design Technique of Rectangular Waveguide E-plane Metal Insert Filter

Abstract: Rectangular waveguide E-plane metal insert filter is an important form of millimeter-band filter. CAD technique is used to design rectangular waveguide E-plane metal insert filter, which resolves the problem that less degree of automation in traditional rectangular waveguide E-plane metal insert filter design to check tables largely. It makes a stable basis for the development and manufacture of this type filter. The CAD program is used in an example, and the result can justify the given way to design E-plane filter.Keywords: waveguide; metal insert; mode-matching method; high mode
0 引 言
自從1974年Konishi[1]提出E面金屬插片濾波器以來,經(jīng)過長期的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為毫米波段廣泛使用的濾波器形式[2-3]。它結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,易于批量生產(chǎn),并具有優(yōu)良的濾波特性,多年來不斷有人研究它的建模、設(shè)計(jì)及優(yōu)化[4-5]。利用高精度的模式匹配法設(shè)計(jì)矩形波導(dǎo)E面金屬插片濾波器具有通帶插入損耗小,阻帶衰減大等優(yōu)點(diǎn)[6-9]。傳統(tǒng)手工設(shè)計(jì)過程是根據(jù)要求的頻響效應(yīng)計(jì)算低通原型,然后根據(jù)低通原型計(jì)算出各膜片的尺寸和各諧振腔的長度。在設(shè)計(jì)中不僅要根據(jù)所選低通原型查元件數(shù)值表,還需要根據(jù)阻帶衰減特性查表得出濾波器的節(jié)數(shù)。在計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)高度發(fā)展的今天,CAD已經(jīng)被廣泛應(yīng)用在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,我國的研究人員也將這項(xiàng)技術(shù)引入到波導(dǎo)濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域[10],但是僅限于濾波器設(shè)計(jì)中的部分工作,不能完成濾波器的全自動設(shè)計(jì)。這里編制了CAD程序,用以完成復(fù)雜的E面金屬插片濾波器的完整設(shè)計(jì)過程,該程序計(jì)算量小,使用方便,自動化程度高,大大提高了濾波器的計(jì)算速度和精度。……
