摘 要:寬帶濾波器是寬帶通信系統(tǒng)中基本的電路單元,因此對(duì)寬帶濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)及其優(yōu)化有著非常重要的意義。在寬帶濾波器原理的基礎(chǔ)上提出一種寬帶濾波器的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法,即采用影像參數(shù)法的定K式和m導(dǎo)出式進(jìn)行組合優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)LC帶通濾波器,并用Matlab仿真進(jìn)行參數(shù)的調(diào)整,最終達(dá)到獲得濾波性能良好的寬帶LC帶通濾波器。該方法在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中獲得了很好的效果。關(guān)鍵詞:寬帶濾波器; 影像參數(shù)法; 優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì); 定K式

Optimized Design of Broadband LC Band-pass Filter and Its Matlab Simulation

Abstract: Broadband filter is an essential circuit unit in broad communication system, which has an important significance for the design and optimization of the broadband filter. A kind of optimized design method for broadband filter is presented in the paper. In this design, the type K and the type m derived filter of the image parameters method were optimized and combined to design a LC band-pass filter(BPF), then its LC parameters was modified through Matlab simulation to obtain the best filtering capability. The broadband LC filter designed in this paper has perfect application in an actual project.Keywords: broad-band filter; image parameters method; optimized design; type K
0 引 言
濾波器作為通信技術(shù)的重要組成部分,其寬帶技術(shù)的發(fā)展也越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注[1-2]。目前濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)主要有兩種方法:即網(wǎng)絡(luò)綜合設(shè)計(jì)法和影象參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)法[3]。在濾波器設(shè)計(jì)中,由于影像參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)法容易直接的控制電路結(jié)構(gòu),所以它是濾波器設(shè)計(jì)理論的基礎(chǔ)。 當(dāng)然,目前影像參數(shù)法并不是濾波器設(shè)計(jì)的主流,目前仍在大量的使用[3-4]。
本文提出了一種寬帶LC帶通濾波器的影像參數(shù)法優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案,即結(jié)合采用影像參數(shù)法的定K式和m導(dǎo)出式,分別設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的低通、高通濾波器,將其級(jí)聯(lián)后得到初步的寬帶帶通濾波器;然后利用Matlab進(jìn)行仿真調(diào)試,對(duì)比設(shè)計(jì)要求和濾波器響應(yīng)特性,反復(fù)調(diào)整濾波器LC參數(shù),以獲得最好的濾波性能。由于這種濾波器通頻帶相當(dāng)寬,這要得到好的傳輸特性以及理想的終端匹配,設(shè)計(jì)難度較大。這對(duì)于寬帶濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
