經尿道前列腺電切術治療前列腺增生60例體會

【摘要】:目的:通過分析前列腺增生臨床常用的治療方法，比較經尿道前列腺電切術(TURP)和傳統的開放手術治療前列腺增生癥的臨床效果。方法:對60例前列腺增生癥(BPH)患者行TURP手術治療，對60例實施傳統的開放手術。結果:電切術組病例的平均手術時間(51.0±23.6)min，術中輸血0～700ml。術后持續膀胱沖洗2～3d，留置導尿管5～7d，無真性尿失禁。傳統開放手術組的平均手術時間(65.0±31.6)min，術中輸血300～1500mL，3例發生真性尿失禁。結論:TURP治療前列腺增生具有出血少、恢復快、療效佳、治愈率高等優點，是治療BPH患者的首選方法。

【Abstract】:Objective:To summarize the experience of transurethral resection of prostate in recent nine yeam.Through analysising methods of treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia commonly used to compare the clinical effects of transurethral resection of prostate and traditional open surgical treatment. Methods:60 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were treated with TURP surgery， 60 patients were treated with traditional open surgery. Results:In the group of TURP，the mean operative time was(51.0±23.6)min.Intraoperative blood transfusion was 0~700m1.Postoperative continuous irrigation of bladder was 2~3 days.The mean indewelling catheter time was 5~7 days，and there was no true urinary incontinence after operation. In the group of traditional open surgical treatment， the mean operative time was(65.0±31.6)min. Intraoperative blood transfusion was 300~1500m1， and there were 3 cases of true urinary incontinence after operation. Conclusion:TURP possesses less bleeding，quick recovery，and good efficacy etc advantages.It is a first choice for the treatment of BPH.
