分離性上肢運動障礙型頸椎病中西醫結合治療

【摘要】:目的:探討分離性上肢運動障礙型頸椎病的診斷、治療。方法:綜合分析2例病人的臨床癥狀、體征、影像學資料和診治過程及預后。結果:經綜合的中西醫結合治療后，2例均恢復良好。結論:該型頸椎病比較特殊，少見，因易與運動神經元病相混淆而導致誤診，提高對這種少見的非典型頸椎病的認識，盡早明確診斷和針對影像學而采取的治療方案對該病的預后有重要意義。

[Abstract]:Objective:To explore diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis with dissociated motor loss in upper extremity. Method:Comprehensively analysing the features of symptoms and signs in two patients and their image results，the processes of diagnosis and treatment and their prognoses. Results:Both patients have gained recovery through complex treatment by using traditional Chinese and western medicine. Conclusion:The special and uncommon cervical spondylosis is easy misdiagnosized because it is apt to be confused with motor neuron disease.Early reliable diagnosis and complex treatment on the base of the image rusults is necessary.
