以人為本，隨“心”所欲

摘 要:近年來，大學(xué)英語界及相關(guān)決策機構(gòu)越來越關(guān)注這樣一個問題，即如何建立和完善行之有效的大學(xué)英語提高階段的大學(xué)英語拓展系列課程體系，以滿足新時期學(xué)生對語言學(xué)習(xí)的需求以及國家和社會對人才培養(yǎng)的需要。與此同時，大學(xué)英語拓展系列課程在選、修、教的過程中，還存在許多問題和挑戰(zhàn)，使選修課不能很好地達到預(yù)期的目的。本文在分析選修課實際操作過程中所存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上，提出自己的建議，希望對于解決高校選修課的選、修、教存在的矛盾有所裨益。

Abstract: In recent years， the college English circle and related policy-making organizations have such a growing concern about the issue of how to expand the well-established college English courses in system development in order to satisfy the needs of students in the new period of language learning as well as the talents cultivation of the nation. At the same time， there are still many problems and challenges concerning selecting， studying and teaching of the complementary courses. This paper finds ways to solve the existing problems based on analysis of the problems， in the hope of providing some methods and tactics to achieve the desirable objective.

1. 引言

隨著21世紀的來臨，我國大學(xué)英語教育也經(jīng)歷了20余年的起步、發(fā)展、發(fā)展中改革、改革中前進的過程，對外語人才的需求已呈多元化趨勢。要培養(yǎng)出高質(zhì)量、高素質(zhì)的人才，確保大學(xué)生綜合應(yīng)用能力的提高以滿足社會的需要，已成為無法回避且必須科學(xué)有效地解決的新課題。

當(dāng)代高校尤其是重點院校因勢利導(dǎo)，為了滿足不同學(xué)生的就業(yè)選擇、升學(xué)深造以及個人興趣和發(fā)展的需要，使他們在校期間盡量豐富自己的知識結(jié)構(gòu)，擴大自己的知識面，在課堂教學(xué)時間很有限的情況下，把英語教學(xué)向外延伸。不僅要拓展大學(xué)英語系列課程，而且要擴大大學(xué)英語系列課程比重和內(nèi)容空間，來實現(xiàn)使學(xué)生獲得個性化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代教育目的。
