【案例背景】

高中《英語(yǔ)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》強(qiáng)調(diào)課程從學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣、生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)和認(rèn)知水平出發(fā)，倡導(dǎo)體驗(yàn)、實(shí)踐、參與、合作與交流的學(xué)習(xí)方式和任務(wù)型的教學(xué)途徑；同時(shí)，將增強(qiáng)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的信心的形成性評(píng)價(jià)和終結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合，著重評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生的綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力以及在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的情感、態(tài)度的價(jià)值觀，全面發(fā)展學(xué)生的綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。

【教材分析】

本節(jié)課的教學(xué)內(nèi)容為Unit１Women of achievement Period One Words achievement的第一課時(shí)。單元的中心話題是women of achievement，通過(guò)介紹幾位生活在不同國(guó)度的杰出女性，探討女性在社會(huì)生活中的地位、價(jià)值和貢獻(xiàn)，關(guān)注她們所面臨的困難，謳歌她們?cè)谏鐣?huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的成就。學(xué)習(xí)本單元內(nèi)容有助于提高學(xué)生對(duì)婦女的社會(huì)角色的認(rèn)識(shí)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生（尤其是女生）的自信心、事業(yè)心和社會(huì)責(zé)任感，建立正確的性別觀和社會(huì)觀。

【學(xué)生描述】

經(jīng)過(guò)前三冊(cè)課本的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生已經(jīng)積累了一定的詞匯量，這對(duì)他們討論、學(xué)習(xí)本單元話題打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。本單元熱身部分與模塊一第五單元“Nelson Mandela”呼應(yīng)，學(xué)生已經(jīng)總結(jié)過(guò)評(píng)定偉人的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，故本單元對(duì)學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)應(yīng)該是原有知識(shí)的延伸和拔高，學(xué)生應(yīng)該比較容易接受并喜歡本單元話題。

(通過(guò)猜人物的方式把Warming up中所有的任務(wù)呈現(xiàn)給學(xué)生，并且增加了幾個(gè)偉大女性：吳儀、任長(zhǎng)霞、海倫-凱勒、武則天、黛安來(lái)復(fù)現(xiàn)語(yǔ)言點(diǎn)并且對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行德育教育。這樣學(xué)生始終保持一種興趣昂然的狀態(tài)，符合新課標(biāo)要求。同時(shí)，解決掉了所有語(yǔ)言點(diǎn)。整個(gè)過(guò)程既是是對(duì)語(yǔ)言點(diǎn)的強(qiáng)化也是由詞到句進(jìn)而到篇的強(qiáng)化輸入。)

【本案反思】

通過(guò)實(shí)踐筆者有以下感悟：

1、科學(xué)處理教材，有機(jī)整合教材是提高教學(xué)效率的關(guān)鍵。本單元Warming up部分語(yǔ)言點(diǎn)多，信息量大，不宜與課文一起處理。單詞在早讀的基礎(chǔ)上，學(xué)生基本會(huì)認(rèn)讀，在課堂加以強(qiáng)化，整理，這樣對(duì)閱讀做好了基礎(chǔ)。并在幾個(gè)偉大女性的介紹中復(fù)現(xiàn)，相輔相成，相得益彰。

2、“樂(lè)”與“學(xué)”的關(guān)系。設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)要充分考慮學(xué)生的情感態(tài)度。讓學(xué)生樂(lè)學(xué)、愛(ài)學(xué)、勤學(xué)。英語(yǔ)課以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣并最終讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)自主學(xué)習(xí)為宗旨，本課設(shè)計(jì)始終讓學(xué)生處于保持學(xué)習(xí)熱情。但是，設(shè)計(jì)的活動(dòng)要以學(xué)生能力的培養(yǎng)為前提。千萬(wàn)不可片面追求“所謂”的“活躍氣氛”而顧此失彼。失去了教育動(dòng)機(jī)和目的。

3、作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)要有針對(duì)性并起到應(yīng)有的作用。作業(yè)是課內(nèi)知識(shí)的鞏固和延伸，設(shè)計(jì)作業(yè)一定要有針對(duì)性。
