建筑中國(guó)六十年的歷史如何書寫

摘要：新中國(guó)六十年的建筑史是伴隨城市化變遷的歷史，本文從分析并盤點(diǎn)中國(guó)建筑六十年的史料入手，探討了中國(guó)建筑師及其傳媒人的使命與責(zé)任。特別從北京歷史上出現(xiàn)的三次十大建筑評(píng)選活動(dòng)研究了城市標(biāo)志性建筑對(duì)城市文化產(chǎn)生的影響，近而結(jié)合全國(guó)正開展的第三次文物普查活動(dòng)，提出了編研《新中國(guó)優(yōu)秀近現(xiàn)代建筑文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)名錄》的價(jià)值及實(shí)施思路。

Abstract:The architectural history of the 60 years history of new China accompanied with the city evolution. Starting from summarizing and analyzing the historical materials， the paper discusses the missions and responsibilities of the personnel of Chinese architecture and media. Especially in relation to the three appraisals in history for \"ten prominent buildings\" in Beijing and the third relics investigation carried out now in China， the paper researches the influence of city symbolic buildings on the city culture and put forward the necessity of editing the Directory of Excellent Architectural Relics of New China in Modern and Recent Time and the relative operational consideration.

剛剛謝幕的第29屆奧運(yùn)會(huì)，在實(shí)現(xiàn)了“綠色奧運(yùn)、科技奧運(yùn)、人文奧運(yùn)”莊嚴(yán)承諾的同時(shí)，為北京、為中國(guó)創(chuàng)作出一大批新標(biāo)志性建筑。建筑承載理念、建筑塑造城市，建筑使奧運(yùn)創(chuàng)意成為可能。以至于當(dāng)北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)召開前夕，有不少媒體要求我不僅應(yīng)撰文寫寫北京奧運(yùn)建筑，還希望一并呼吁要開展21世紀(jì)初的北京“新十大建筑”評(píng)選活動(dòng)。無(wú)論是評(píng)點(diǎn)偉大城市及國(guó)家“賽事”背景下的北京奧運(yùn)建筑，還是無(wú)數(shù)引人注目的奧運(yùn)配套設(shè)施，也不論是我們?cè)撛鯓铀伎急本┬陆ㄖЫo這座正步入國(guó)際化行列的都市影響力，中國(guó)改革三十年對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的鮮明性的開發(fā)作用等都需要建筑界人士要從戰(zhàn)略上去思索，因?yàn)槊鎸?duì)即將到來(lái)的共和國(guó)六十周年的慶典，建筑界實(shí)在應(yīng)有些舉措，而這些舉措應(yīng)是展示給世界的，應(yīng)成為對(duì)世界建筑界的中國(guó)貢獻(xiàn)。
