Research on Teacher Ethics Assessment Strategies in Talent Introduction in Higher Education Institutions

AbstractThe fundamental purpose of education in higher education institutions lies in fostering virtue.To fully implement theParty'seducational policyand fulfillthe fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,it is necessary tocontinuouslystrengthentheconstructionoftachers'professonalethicsand work styleinhighereducation institutions.Inrecent years,various coleges anduniversities have activelyimplemented therequirements of the Party and the State regarding theconstructionof teachers' professional ethicsand work style,and have successively issued relevant institutional documents.Relatively speaking,there is less atention on the investigation of teachers' professional ethics during the public recruitment processProceeding fromthe actual situation of front-line Work,this articleanalyzes the diffculties inthe investigationof teachers' professonal ethics in the public recruitment work of higher education institutions and proposes improvement strategies, with the aim of providing useful references for relevant research and the construction of teachers'professional ethics in higher education institutions.

近年來,黨和國家不斷提高對高校師德建設的重視程度,出臺《關于建立健全高校師德建設長效機制的意見》《新時代高校教師職業(yè)行為十項準則》《關于加強和改進新時代師德師風建設的意見》3等文件明確具體要求,并在教師隊伍建設改革、教師考核評價改革等工作中強調師德的重要性。各高校積極響應要求,陸續(xù)出臺師德相關制度文件,明確教師師德考核評價具體操作方法,但現(xiàn)有制度主要關注教師入職后的師德表現(xiàn),對人才引進環(huán)節(jié)中的師德考察少有涉及。本文從一線工作出發(fā),研究高校人才引進工作中的師德考察策略,以期為相關研究及高校師德建設提供有益參考。
1高校人才引進工作中師德考察的重要意義
1.1是堅持教師評價師德師風第一標準的必然要求《深化新時代教育評價改革總體方案》提出“改革教師評價,推進踐行教書育人使命。堅持把師德師風作為第一標準。堅決克服重科研輕教學、重教書輕育人等現(xiàn)象”4,明確了師德評價在教師評價中的突出地位。新形勢下教師評價逐步發(fā)展為涵蓋內容更為全面的綜合評價,在對教師業(yè)績能力評價的同時,考察教師在師德修養(yǎng)方面的表現(xiàn)情況。高校人才引進可視為教師評價在特定場景的體現(xiàn),應堅持師德師風第一標準。
1.2是深化新時代教師隊伍建設改革的前置環(huán)節(jié)
中共中央、國務院《關于全面深化新時代教師隊伍建設改革的意見》提出突出師德的基本原則,“突出全員全方位全過程師德養(yǎng)成,推動教師成為先進思想文化的傳播者、黨執(zhí)政的堅定支持者、學生健康成長的指導者\"s]?!?br>
