[Abstract] This research aims to explore the importance and optimization methods of specialized endurance training fortennis players.The research points out that specialized endurance training can notonly maintain thetechnical stabilty ofathletes inhigh-intensitycompetitions,butalsosupportthecontinuous expressionoftactical intentionsand prolong their athletic careers.However,thecurent specialized endurance training has problems such as homogenization of training methods,lackof dynamicadjustment ofloadcyclearrangement,obvious gapbetween physicalfitness-technical collborative training,and incomplete monitoring system of physical function.To this end,theresearch proposes optimization paths such as the constructionof scientific training system,the establishment ofdynamic load regulation mechanism,thereshapingof endurance training modeand the establishmentof scientific body monitoring mechanism and other optimization paths.Through these measures,athletes'specialized endurancelevel canbe improved,enabling them to beteradapt to thereal needs of thecompetition,improve their competitive performance and prolong their sports career.

在職業網球比賽中,運動員不僅需要具備精湛的技術和良好的戰術意識,更需在高強度對抗中保持持久的體能支持[1]。專項耐力訓練作為提升運動員綜合素質的重要組成部分,已成為職業網球訓練中不可或缺的環節[2]。網球比賽的特點決定了運動員在比賽中面臨頻繁的高強度沖刺、急停轉向以及多拍相持的局面[3]。特別是在關鍵分和比賽后期,體能的充沛程度直接影響到運動員的表現和比賽結果。因此,專項耐力訓練不僅是提升運動員體能的手段,更是實現技術與戰術有效結合的基礎[4]。該研究旨在探討網球運動員專項耐力訓練的有效方法與提升策略,通過分析當前訓練現狀,提出針對性的優化方案。
1網球運動員專項耐力訓練的重要性
1.1維持高強度對抗中的技術穩定性
網球比賽往往包含多拍相持與突發性攻防轉換,運動員需具備持續應對高強度對抗的能力。專項耐力訓練能夠幫助運動員在長時間比賽中保持穩定的擊球質量和腳步移動能力[5]。當比賽進人關鍵分或第三盤拉鋸階段,體能儲備充足的選手仍能高質量完成底線擊球、快速上網截擊等動作,避免因體力下滑導致擊球線路松散或步伐遲緩。這種穩定性直接決定了運動員在持久戰中能否將技術優勢轉化為得分效率。
