











摘" 要: 為了對電動汽車電機的健康狀況進行動態監測,開發一套基于云服務器和數字孿生的電動汽車電機在線健康監測系統。該系統由車載數據采集與傳輸終端和云端健康監測平臺兩部分組成。車載終端采集車輛電機狀態數據,并通過5G無線網絡傳輸至云服務器。基于云端微服務架構,集成數字孿生驅動的設備健康預測算法,實現了電機數據的實時監測和健康狀況的動態預測。同時,為方便用戶隨時查看電機健康狀態及其變化趨勢,設計開發了一個人機交互的Web網頁。實驗結果表明,所提系統能夠動態監測電機健康狀態,為電機的維護和管理提供決策支持。

EV motor health monitoring system based on cloud platform

Abstract: In order to dynamic monitoring the health status of electric vehicle (EV) motors, an online EV motors health monitoring system based on cloud servers and digital twins is proposed. The system is composed of two parts: an onboard data acquisition and transmission terminal, and a cloud?based health monitoring platform. The onboard terminal can collect vehicle motor state data, which is then transmitted to the cloud server via 5G wireless networks. Based on the micro?service architecture, the device health prediction algorithms driven by digital twins can be integrated by means of the cloud, realizing real?time monitoring of motor data and dynamic monitoring of its health condition. In order to facilitate users to check the health status of the motor and its changing trends at any time, a Web page realizing human?machine interaction is designed and developed. The results show that the proposed system can dynamically monitor the motor's health state, providing decision support for its maintenance and management.

隨著全球能源結構轉變和環境保護意識日益增強,電動汽車(EV)因其零排放、高效率等優勢,已成為汽車工業綠色轉型的重要發展方向。驅動電機作為電動汽車的核心部件[1],其運行安全性直接影響整車的安全性和可靠性。因此,對電動汽車的驅動電機進行實時健康監測顯得非常重要。健康監測是故障預測和健康管理(PHM)技術的基本內容[2?4],是一種基于狀態的管理方式。它通過對設備運行數據的實時監測和分析,監測設備的實時健康狀況和變化趨勢,為設備的維護和管理提供決策支持,是實現設備長期穩定運行、降低維護成本的關鍵。
國內外在機械設備健康監測方面開展了大量研究并取得一定成果?!?br>
