










摘" 要: 當(dāng)前智能電視制造商為了降低生產(chǎn)和銷售成本,往往采取全球化生產(chǎn)的模式。如何保證不同地區(qū)生產(chǎn)的智能電視的質(zhì)量是制造商面臨的一個重要問題,對不同生產(chǎn)區(qū)域的智能電視進行遠程整機質(zhì)量檢測是解決這個問題的良好途徑。基于現(xiàn)代云計算和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),設(shè)計一個基于云平臺的遠程智能電視整機質(zhì)量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由智能電視現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)、云端遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和用戶遠程監(jiān)控端三大部分組成。智能電視現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)通過樹莓派實現(xiàn)對遠程受控智能電視整機的日志、視頻、音頻、紅外等運行數(shù)據(jù)進行實時采集、轉(zhuǎn)換和上傳至云端,以及接收其監(jiān)測指令;云端遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)接收樹莓派上傳的數(shù)據(jù)并進行展示、分析及存儲,和向遠程智能電視發(fā)出質(zhì)量監(jiān)測指令;用戶遠程監(jiān)控端允許質(zhì)檢員通過計算機和手機登錄云端對遠程智能電視進行質(zhì)量監(jiān)測。文中給出了系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)、功能、硬件、軟件和數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計,并在TCL自動化實驗室進行實驗測試,測試結(jié)果證明了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的有效性。文章的設(shè)計為電視制造業(yè)的智能化發(fā)展提供了參考。

Remote smart TV set quality monitoring system based on cloud platform

Abstract: Currently, smart TV manufacturers often adopt the global production model to reduce production and sales costs. How to ensure the quality of smart TVs produced in different regions is an important challenge for manufacturers. Remote quality inspection of smart TV set in different production regions is a good way to solve this problem. A remote smart TV set quality monitoring system based on cloud platform is designed based on modern cloud computing and Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The system is composed of three key components: smart TV field monitoring system, cloud?based remote monitoring system and user remote monitoring terminal. The smart TV field monitoring system can realize real?time acquisition, conversion, upload to the cloud and receive its monitoring instructions for log, video, audio, infrared and other operating data of the remote controlled smart TV set by means of Raspberry PI. The cloud?based remote monitoring system can receive the data uploaded by the Raspberry PI, display, analyze and store it, and issue quality monitoring instructions to the remote smart TV set. The user remote monitoring terminal can allow the quality inspector to log in to the cloud by the computer and mobile phone, so as to conduct the quality monitoring of the remote smart TV. The architecture, function, hardware, software and data structure of the system are presented in this paper. The experimental tests are carried out in TCL automation laboratory, and the testing results prove the effectiveness of the system design. This design can provide a reference for the intelligent development of TV manufacturing industry.
