返鄉創業

從2024年開始，山東實施“創業齊魯”三年行動，《山東省“創業齊魯”行動方案（2024-2026年）》提出到2026年，全省扶持創業30萬人以上，帶動就業80萬人以上。引導外出人才返鄉、城市人才下鄉創業，新建和提升改造一批返鄉入鄉創業園區。

Shandong province has implemented the “Entrepreneurial Qilu” three-year action plan since 2024. The Shandong Entrepreneurial Qilu Action Plan （2024-2026） proposes that by 2026， the province will support entrepreneurship for more than 300，000 people， creating over 800，000 jobs. The plan also encourages talents to return to their hometowns and urban talents to start businesses in rural areas. A batch of entrepreneurship parks for returnees will be built and upgraded.
